The coldest day of flag football

So Riley played flag football this year. He LOVED it. I was thinking that baseball was going to be his sport but now I think we might have a tie for my boys affections. He had so much fun. As for being a spectator mother, I rather preferred baseball. And here are the pictures of why. Snow!! It was so cold that the coach brought a portable fire to keep the boys warm and the light dusting of snow turned into a regular snowstorm by the end of the game. But Riley had a ball and it didn't seem to bother the kids any. His coach kept saying "Now this is football weather!" If that's true I'm not sure what I got myself in for. Gulp. Is it too late to sign Riley up for something a little more "indoor-sy"? Chess anyone?
