So Riley has been learning about penguins in school. This is his
picture. His penguin has jet packs. Those are the blurs of black on
each side.

THE "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM" WEEKEND

Well here it is 2010 already and with the first of the year comes Mom's Birthday. This year Rachel flew in to Las Vegas and went to a SUU Gymnastics reunion so we traveled to St George to pick her up and of course why we are at it do a little celebrating with this "Wild & Crazy Gal". Here as some great pictures that we took on our trip.

Lets hit the road.

A quick stop in Beaver for some cheese!

Then on to St George and some power shopping at the outlet mall.

After shopping to our hearts content we all went to the Olive Garden for food glorious food!

Next it was on to Mesquite for "Bingo".

See I told you she was a wild and crazy gal.

When we got home the next day we all bundled up and went tubing.

On Monday we had a Birthday Party for Mom complete with Pizza, Cake and icecream, Games, a spanking machine and presents.

You know your getting old when your birthday cake sets off the smoke alarm in the house.

Rachel and Riley were playing around and Rachel started chasing him
pretening to shoot him with electricity. It ended with Rachel standing
over him shooting and Riley laying on the floor laughing and yelling
"No! I'm not a conductor of electricity! I'm rubber!"
I don't know why but I find that so funny.

A day with Grandma and Grandpa

Riley got to hang out with Momma Lynn and Grandpa Brad this morning so that I could get some sleep. They decided to head up to the Bean Museum at BYU and check things out. Once they got there, they got to see all kinds of fun animal displays. There was even a little show where they got to see and touch some live animals like snakes and lizards.

Here is Riley holding up part of a GIANT snake skin. Ugghh. I don't think I would like to have seen the snake before he shed that bad boy but Riley had the best time.

Riley pulled off the wrapper to his bottle or water held it up to his
eye like this and said: Arrgghh! I'm a pirate with a scurvy dogs eye.

Christmas Eve 2009

Christmas eve started out with a delicious ham dinner complement of Momma Lynn. This family loves to eat.
