Magic Village Child with reindeer

When Christmas is coming I can't resist painting some figures of Lemax, Luville, Dickensville or Magic Village. The figures are so nice but the factory painting I don't like. Therefor here are the first of a few I've painted. First I'll be showing how they look now painted by me and I add pictures from how it looked before. I hope you like the result. Repainted with acrylic paint. These figures can be found in a shop called Action.

Emhar Vikings

Crescent Little John

Second of the three Crescent Robin Hood figures I have (the others are also Crescent but they are also marked Kellogg's). The strong man of the gang painted with as much as possible with earth colors. I hope you like him.

Britains Herald Lady Marion

After I've painted the Crescent Lady Marion I had the luck that Jan of  Toysoldier on 2dehands offert me this lady from Britains for a friendly price. And of course I couldn't resist of painting her. After a good soapy bath, the paint on her was peeling off, and some small repairs, is this the final result. I hope you like her.

In the next picture you can see her with her sister from Crescent. Two lovely ladies. I hope Robin will think the same way as I do.

Comansi Cowboy Barfight with chair

This cowboy is a bit taller, about 70 mm, as the 54 mm figures. It's a pose you don't often see and I couldn't resist to paint this one. He's from the Spanish brand Comansi. I've got some more, but they will have to wait. I hope you like this one.

Timpo Confederate Infantry Part 2

Actually I've painted some Timpo Union figures as Confederates Infantry. And just like the figures in Part 1 I only used some grey and lightblue colors. I hope you like them.

Timpo Cowboy 1

Here is a restored Timpo cowboy who was broken in pieces. This is something that Timpo figures have a lot. They are so fragile. I glued the pieces together with on one side some wood glue and the other side super glue. It works very well and is solid as a rock. Painting of this figure was easy then. I hope you like him.
