Met my customer at Orchard this evening, and before going home, i decided to pop into H&M for some window-shopping spree.

Bad move!
cos it WAS really a shopping spree! *slaps forehead*

i know i'm supposed to save $$$, but the 'shopaholic'-button in me was turned on!
Guess it's pay day and i happily wanted to pamper myself. Hmmm... to relieve stress?? Retail therapy i would say!

After that 'perfect' skater dress i got from H&M last year, i wanted to see if there were other colours too. I wanted to buy every single colour home!!!!
Thank goodness there wasn't any.

But i found one of a slightly different material, and thankfully it was only in one colour :)

The actual shade is more of maroon.

I bumped into my aunt, cousins Kaya and Bailin in the store!!! So happy to see them!
The first thing that Kaya said when she saw me was, "Ohhhh! Caught you shopping! muahahhaa..."

It was such a coincidence we decided that we should each choose a digit to buy 4D, wahaha!

i do have one black blazer already, but its inner lining split open the other time when i bent down to fix my printer at work -_-
Mom stitched it back for me, but there's no harm getting another piece since the office is so inhumanly cold. I think i got sick partly due to my freezing office. Air-con is centralised so i can't set the temperature :(
I can wear 2-3 layers but still end up shivering :(

i'mma happy girl! (though not v happy for the wallet!) --- no more shopping till end of March!

Last night, i went to bed with a fever. It was a slight one, so it wasn't too uncomfortable.

I woke up in the morning and decided that my body isn't well enough to go to work. I was still running a fever, with a very sore throat and runny nose.
So i decided that i should take an MC instead.

Guess i was too stressed at work. Even when i sleep at night, i dreamt about work. It's not healthy, but well, the stress level at work is very high. haha.. but i guess it was still better than when i was teaching. I used to fall sick on a monthly basis when i was a teacher.
Now, i fall sick once a year??

keke.. cos it's the first time i visited the company doctor :)
i didn't know i do not have to pay a single cent!!!

i never see doctor see until so happy before, haha.. it's FREE!!! :D

The doctor said my throat was very red, so he gave me a short course of Antibiotics.

Boyfriend was nice to accompany me :)
I had fish porridge from the food court after that... and we caught a movie, The Grey. Not nice.

Think the best movie we've caught this week was, "This Means War". Hilarious indeed! :D hehe

Sorry for not writing much in this entry, cos my eyes are heavy from the flu medicine. Gonna doze off very soon..

i just didn't have mood to blog. Everything else doesn't seem to be important anymore.

Reality has not been kind. my very loved one is going through depression and i can only watch from afar. i feel helpless and can do nothing to help, but to share in the sadness, hoping the burden would be halved.
God doesn't want us to die. He wants us to trust.

"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Psalms 23:4

It is not the end of the world, although our situation feels like it.
Even if it is, i'm thankful we can go through it together :)
Things will get better and we can get out of this.

i once thought understanding was easy. i thought i'm understanding enough. Now, i realise there is more to it than that and i'm thankful God is teaching me, to mould me to be a better person, a better lover.

Tried a few tops from MANGO today...



i quite like them but end up, i bought one which isn't in these photos, heh...
i wanted to buy some office wear, but i think all of them aren't suitable for work.
Plus they are all so expensive :(
To me, buying clothes online has become a norm. I can get a decent piece with only 25-32 bucks.
Clothes from boutiques never cost so cheap. The first 2 MANGO tops cost around 49-59 bucks liao.
Nice la but not worth it.
