Whenever i blog about a movie i've watched, it's either i enjoyed it so much or it was simply horrid.
caught The Book of Revelation @ Cathay last night, and sad to say, it was the latter.
we at first thought it was some thriller.
If it's made to be an artistic film, then i'm sorry i couldn't appreciate it at all.
cos to me, IT WAS PURE PORNOGRAPHY!!!!
Definitely disturbing to watch a man raped by 3 masked women, whose identities were never brought to light even when the movie ended. The movie ended most abruptly i would say. The least u would expect.
Anyway, do you all know that in Singapore law, a man can never charge a woman to rape? haha! in fact, i think it somehow makes sense too. cos...erm, if the man didnt become hard, how can a woman rape him?!
seem to me it's like consent on both parties still, haha
i duno, i'm not a man i won't know.
back to the show.
not only he was 'raped', he was also forced to masturbate and dance infront of them! and what makes the movie irritating is that the women's motives in doing so were never explained! so it's like watching sick porn without a plot! (oh ya, porn never has a storyline anyway)
It's super disturbing and the only thing i wanted to do is to leave the cinema as soon as possible.

Time flies.
Last year, we were still celebrating grandma's big 80th birthday, and it's the time of the year again! muahahahaa...
This time round, it's a joyous 81st bday dinner for her!!
=)
Aunt and cousins came over in the afternoon before we went out for the dinner.
I love having kaya coming over cos it would mean,
lots of bitching infront of the computer, haha
teeheehee... we'll bitch about anything and everything under the sun!!
plus also some hair-do makeover, muahahaa
i had been waiting for many many years for her to grow up quickly so i can bring her to shopping, clubbing and partying, haha!
cos she was such a tomboy last time and to talk about clothes, make-up and pretty girly stuff, she would be the LEAST interested!!
Now different liao!!! becoming more hiao like me and I AM very the happie! muahhahhahaa
i was helping to curl her long tresses..
and i even got the little one to experiment with, heehee
Oops. not very little already. But i still treat him like the baby cousin he once was, hhahaha!!!
now i understand why my old folks always treat me like a kid. damnit~ now im in 'their category'.

16 days and counting, teeheehee
it's quite a feat.
call us sticky, but we're actually feeling very HIGH from seeing each other every single day for more than 2 weeks already, haha
All thanks to school, revision, the bike and of cos, our usual dates.
somehow, i am secretly wishing it'll stay forever this way haha.. but then again, we might not have such luxury of free time for very long, so we'll definitely treasure it!
saturday was my self-declared off-day, and YAY! we went east coast park again, haha!
it was such a coincidence that when we stopped at one of the traffic lights on our way there, i managed to spot caca on her bf's bike, haha!
yah, it's amazing how we can recognise each other, just by reading each others' blogs... Definitely not something our guys can do, and of cos, they can never comprehend it as well.heh

the sun was darn glaring!
i found a great method to curl my hair, haha!!
by wearing it in a bun under the helmet, teeheehee
muahahhaaa~

anyway, only that small part of the beach was not crowded. The rest of it was packed with
children enjoying themselves,
and some cheap photoshoot going on
We so love going to the beach once in a while!

stayed for awhile before going over to Island resort to find Zen & Ivan .
they set up a stall at the flea-market, selling cute stuffed toys and beauty products!!!
I bought liquid eyeliners, a concealer and Jayen, a few eye masks, hehe!
Opened and used the eyeliner straight away after buying cos i couldnt wait to test it out. It's damn good!!! Smudge-proof and the applicator brush is so easy to apply with!
it's comparable to the liquid eyeliner i had been using from Shu Uemura! The latter is damn ex, like 40+ for one.. yet this eyeliner from E.L.F. is equally good, if not, better!!
now i know where to restock it again, teeheehee! Thanks Zen!
oh yah, i think she is selling them at her spree-blog too for 2.50bucks each!!!
it is dirt CHEAP, haha, go check it out!
Then, we went over to Clarke Quay!
i didnt know clarke quay in the day looks so candylious , haha
and then, the ndp fighter planes started flying over our heads!
wheeeee!
my stupid camera's shutter speed was damn slow, snapped only AFTER the 5 fighter planes zoomed 'past' the moon, or else it would be a shot of the century, haha

it's just like back in Kaohsiung!

the days seem much more exciting and fruitful with studies and our own transport! teeheehee...
i'm loving every single bit of it!
(at least not when the assignments and projects start to pile up!! *sweat*)
it's the second week of school and things are going smooth at the moment. At first i was still rather worried we couldnt get coursemates to form a decent project group with since we're rather shy. However, by the second lecture, 3 of them came to ask if we would like to form a group with them, hehe =)
Hopefully we'll be able to work well together.

A typical day for me would be...
work in the morning
followed by a meal and studying during my lunch break..
before more work in the afternoon =)
and after that, to meet dearest either for play or school!
Last night, baby and i went down to KakiBukit to source for a bike...
we've been thinking of getting one to ease the transportation woes.. especially now we're having night classes ~3 days weekly, and the SIM is so darn farrrrrrr from both our places.
A car is definitely out of the question cos we dont have that much money, the next best choice would be a bike.
we finally decided upon this!!!
baby collected it this evening and we met up for a short while near my place to ....
to cam-whore, muahahaha!
=)
i can only pray very very very hard for our safety on the roads.
