had so much fun @ ZOUK's Halloween party last night! hehe..

yah..i was such a spoilsport cos i wasnt dressed up.. hehe..but it was as entertaining just to see the clubbers disguised as ghouls, devils, vampires, corpses..

but the least i could do,
is to find a pair of devil's horns to wear for the party, hehe..
searched a number of stores but couldnt find it, so brother suggested tat i go Concourse to take a look.
He sent me there in his new car!!!!
whahhahaha...im so uber high cos it's the first time i'm sitting in his car!!!

but i still dont dare to drive

anyway, was so happy to find the horns @ concourse!!

i bought 2 pairs.. one for myself and another for ah dear

was supposed to meet esther for shopping after tat, but she said she was too tired.. so we had to cancel it.. Poor thing. she has to work, study part time and still give tuition..

so i went over ah dear's shop and helped out till it was time for ZOUK!!! :D

the school term has finally almost come to an end.. had been toiling over the year, leaving 3 more weeks to the school holidays officially!!
i really couldnt wait anymore!!

Given a primary 1 form class was undoubtedly the best thing that happened to me over my 2 and half years of teaching.. cos i simply HEART these kiddos, heee..
and now, they're gonna be promoted to the next grade, it's time we teachers start penning 'report book-remarks' for each and everyone of them..

of cos, kids are kids.. however naughty/disruptive/monstrous those rascals were, we still have to find something positive to say about them in their testimonials.. THAT is the skill we all teachers ought to possess, no matter how much you loathe that most unimaginable detestable kid ever, you must still learn to SEE THE GOOD in him/her.


well, we try.

Remark: sociable and is responsive in class
reads: damn talkative and yaks non-stop

Remark: has a lot of initiative and renders help readily
reads: super kaypo

Remark: shy, has a sweet disposition and a gentle temperament

Remark: displays confidence in her actions and words
reads: rude and defiant attitude

have you wondered how you really were like when your teacher wrote remarks for you then? hahhaa...


okay la.. it's just a light entry.. dont take it too hard.
i believe most of us teachers wrote our sincere comments for the children and we really do mean it!!
kids are still kids..
no matter how mischievous they are,
they're definitely special to us in one way or another :)

Happy 1 month to us.


actually it was yesterday.. heh..
spent our 1st 'monthiversary' at his shop helping him revamp some of the displays..
.. we worked till 1.40am (!!) in the morning,
afterwhich, nice dennis came over and sent us home, hehe..

i really dont want to say mushy stuff up here.. but then, sometimes i really couldn't help it.. heh..
but it was indeed a good one month we've been together..
i never knew being in a relationship could be so fulfilling.. and it's driving me crazy!
u see me yak non-stop over here in my blog about him in almost every post.. im actually controlling quite a bit liao, haha..cos i definitely HAVE MORE TO SAY!!!! whahhahha....

but i guessed he's someone who complements me.. Sometimes, it's so important that both parties should have the same views about being in a relationship. Of cos, there're many more other factors, but the least, you dont need to force yourself to change in order to suit his ways or thinking.. and one thing for sure, i know he loves me as who i am.

i know it's still the honeymoon period.
but we get to meet each other almost every day and i'm on Cloud nine every single day :)
i'm so so so glad to have found him and it's true!!!!
my life's changed and i feel so blessed...

it was rather surprising that you can still find a relatively big crowd over at that desolate part of singapore on a weekend afternoon.. hmmm
but i believe the novelty of a new mall would very soon die down.. like in a few months' time?
since it's abit out of the way, thou not at all inaccessible..

PSLE marking!

tomorrow would be the last of the marking days and i'm looking forward to knocking off really early.. *keeping fingers crossed*

am enjoying every bit of it cos at least, i could get a break from those noisy children back in school :D
teeheehee...

but marking can be quite torturous too.. imagine having to mark the same questions over and over again for a few thousand examination scripts for 7 hours a day..
and things can get rather 'blurry' especially after lunch break.
i've mastered the skill of sleeping whilst keeping my eyes open and marking, heh heh...

but need not worry..
every script is meticulously checked over and over again.. so there wont be errors in the marking despite our tired bodies. heee...

looking forward to weekends again :D

(Huh! friday the 13th? didnt realise it till now, haha.. but the day had been fun! 8)

went Starhub to look @ mobile phones..
my phone doesnt ring and i cant call out anymore :(
darn sad..

i liked LG's Black Chocolate but the salesgirl recommended Sony Ericsson's Pretty Mirror phone.

she seriously thinks the latter looks better as compared to the chocolate bar..plus it's a 3G phone with more functions.
but i think i still prefer the bar's classy design to the pretty mirror.. no doubt im very zi lian la, i still wouldn't go to the extent of owning a mirror phone lor, heh

anyway, we KIVed till a later date before i make my decision :)


it was still early to go MOS cos we're meeting fangfang only @ 11pm..
so walked back to his shop @ Heeren after that...

he swept the floor while me and his salesgal cam-whored, hahahha..
