my Primary1 kid came to school with a soiled pair of pants.. he has vomitted earlier on in the school bus on his way to school..
took him to the sick bay for a fresh change of clothes but DARN! there isnt even a decent piece of shorts around!

no choice.. got him a tee to wrap around himself first while i washed his pants at the sink.
this is the first time in my life i washing vomit lor!

blew dry the pants under the hand-dryer after soaping and all.. and VOILA!
i was soooo proud of myself after tat, teeheehee..

anyway.. that's part and parcel of teaching the young ones.. there's alot of babysitting to do actually..
but i loved them that much.. i didnt really mind the shit (literally) that comes with it, heh..


not only that,
you also have to act 'clown' infront of them, heh...

was checking out the many new shops @ Bugis Village yesterday when i came across one which was tugged at one rather secluded corner.

The store was having an"All items 15 bucks storewide" sale since their new stocks would be coming in tomorrow...
one look, i didnt really fancy any of those pieces there.. but i lingered around cos the sales assistants were really helpful, keke :)

decided to try on a Balinese dress which the sale assistant recommended and I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT!!!

Saturday

we set off early in the morning...


At Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal,

There are 8 of us, a total of 4 couples who went for the trip.
Kelvin's buddies + their gfs, hehe... but it was a pity Ice + Cindy couldn't join us last minute :(

Nevertheless, it was overall a relaxing trip, i would say.

the weather was rather disappointing, cos it started raining when we reached Batam island.
we were still planning to indulge in some sea sports cos we'll be stuck in that resort for 2 days.
There's absolutely NO SHOPPING to do around the vicinity... cos the nearest Batam Mall is like 45-min journey from the resort...

unless u consider their Gift Shop a good place to do ur shopping?

we headed down to the beach and played beach volleyball.. hehe...





after three rounds of volleyball matches, we decided to go on a BANANA BOAT ride!!

each boat (that doesnt look like a banana at all -_-) could only accomodate 5 peeps.. and there's only ONE banana -_-
so we had to take turns, keke...

i'm actually VERY SCARED lor... -_-

cos kel was telling me the banana is sure to capsize when the speedboat makes a turning...

before i knew it, the speedboat tugging us made that 'fatal' U-turn and we were FLUNG OFF the banana!

dunno how many mouthfuls of seawater i gulped down...cos i was screaming and screaming like a mad cow -_-
i could only see water, water and more water...i thot i was going to die in the sea -_-.....

cos i was not only summoning all my strength to get up that damn banana, i was also laughing and screaming at him, "HOEI! DON'T ANYHOW PULL AT MY BUTTOCK LEH!!!!"
