Growing Up

So my kids are growing up too fast! We've kinda had a lot of stuff going on lately. We've had a bunch of family birthdays. We went out to dinner for Poppi's birthday. Hailey LOVES corn on the cob.

We've spent a lot of time at home playing because Hailey has been potty training!!!! She has done awesome! She had like one accident a day for the first couple days and then after that the only ones she has really had have been at Chiara's house becuase she has been upstairs playing in James' room. I'm so proud of her!

She's our little princess!

Emmett is growing like a weed. Tomorrow he will be 4 months old! A couple weeks ago he weighed 17.4 pounds! I can only guess what he will be at when I take him for his check up next week! He is awesome at rolling all over the place these days
I've also started him on rice cereal. He does ok. I am just mostly hoping it will help with his acid reflux and CONSTANTLY spitting up.

"Hailey Nicole Hurst"

Hailey has this thing for not being called anything else but her name. You call her a big girl, a cutie, anything but her name and she will correct you. Sometimes she will correct you and just tell you her name is Hailey. Other times she will give you her full name which is pronounced, Hailey Icole Hurdt.

After helping daddy put away his clean laundry...

Daddy: "Hailey, you're a rock star!"

Hailey: NO! I not a wock star! I Hailey Icole Hurdt!"

We've been potty training for a week and she has actually done awesome at it, only one accident in the past 3 days! Some mornings she doesnt want to put on big girl panties, but it happens anyway and she gets over it but this was this morning's conversation...

Mommy: "You are a big girl and you wear big girl panties"

Hailey: "No mom! I not a big girl. I Hailey Icole Hurdt and I wear diapers."

Mommy: "Ok you are Hailey Nicole Hurst, but you wear big girl panties and you only wear diapers when you are sleeping."

Hailey: "Whatever!"

And when did she learn to say "whatever"?!?!?
