its been rough.

its sickening how seemingly small things
can crush me just like that.
other people wld scoff and call me a baby or a bimbo or whatever
but you listened intently
and took my minute yet impactful problems seriously.
thank you hel.
i cant thank you enough.

and thank huey too~
for being so very nice.

and thank God, of course,
for all of the above.
He's the one who sent them both.

He is good to me, really.
even when i was all whiny and needy.

i know among all that's happening,
there are precious lessons to be learnt.
time to trust and walk by faith~

this weekend~
elias and esther's noisy wedding lunch,
an enjoyable church service,
johnson, ps and yixin's joyous baptism ceremony,
to be followed by jiaren's wake.

emotions are all mixed and jumbled up.

i hardly knew him,
but it doesnt make his sudden departure any less overwhelming.

we had a little chat last november,
at dz's steamboat party.
he was right there,
fighting with me over the sashimi.

life is fragile, they say.
you can be here today and gone tmr.
i always thought i knew,
but until it happens to a face you actually recognize,
i dont think you can really know.

i like to take my time in sharing the gospel.
and most times, i did.
if i didnt,
maybe we wouldnt all be pondering over the vital question now.

is he with the Lord now?

there really isnt much we can do now,
is there.

we like to take our time in sharing the gospel.
but lets not indulge in it anymore.
time really isnt ours to take.

school has been good so far.
its great being back among the gang again =)

met up with the student adviser today,
and we finally found out
that graduation isnt all that near.
we need another few more credits to graduate,
so we'll still have to go through summer sem
after seeing everyone off at the graduation ceremony.

i cant decide if im glad or disappointed.
its lovely being a student,
but i'll still have to face the world sooner or later.

oh well.
all in God's hands.

was The Project day. =)
we're almost done with it~!

was spicy food day~! =D
and so the cough's back again.
wahaha.
just a bit la huh.
it'll miraculously go away tmr =)

and today
was my first driving lesson.
it was scary!
i screamed when the car moved.
wahahahaha.

i deserve to be laughed at.

had a little farewell lunch for melmel today =)
faith and en cldnt make it,

a humongous wheel that brings you high high high up
and takes its time to bring you back down,
(some even has stalls that are rockable.)
what's not scary abt it?!?!
it is terrifying.

met up with hellyyyyy.
we made a joke
and we laughed and laughed and laughed.
its The Joke of The Decade.

speaking of jokes,
my da-jie's latest blog post is holarious.
i copy and paste part of it okays...



My boy is growing up.. sometimes the questions he ask, things he say are just so .... funny ...

Matt is opening up his christmas presents when I told him, you gotta be nice.. then you will have more presents coming ... after thinking for a while.. he started giggling
Me : "Why are you laughing?"
Matt : "Mummy you not nice..."
Me : "Why you say mummy not nice?"
Matt: " Because I have presents.. u dun have...."
Me : "......................"

Pang eng is working with his laptop late at night, Matthew woke up and ran to him ...
Matt: "Daddy what are you doing?"
PE : "Working"
Matt: "No, you see outside so dark already, nobody go work, go to sleep now."

Pang eng on the light late in the night to search for something... which eventually woke matthew up...
Matt: "Daddy don't open the light"
Me : "Light cannot open, it's on"
Matt: "Yah daddy, light cannot open, so quickly off the light"
Me : "........."

oh i have another example of matthew's innocent humour.
he came with us to bring miffy to the vet.
we promised to bring him to Toys'r'us after that.
he was very anxious to get to Toys'r'us,
so once the vet is done with miffy...
Matt : "Now go Toy'r'us!"
me : "No, matt, we must bring miffy home first. if we bring miffy to Toys'r'us, the person will say 'no no no! rabbits cannot come into Toys'r'us!'"
he thought abt that for a while,
and then he said:
"rabbit cannot go Toys'r'us.
only giraffe can go Toys'r'us."

HAHAHAHAHA.
i laughed like there's no tmr.
