yesterday~
blew 20 bucks on cab fare
and got to yu's birthday dinner an hour late =S
sobs i hate jams.

but oh well
it was a wonderful gathering =)
all the laughing, talking...
singing in the middle of nowhere...
its like secondary school all over again,
only a lot less crazy.
ahaha.

thank you girls,

for the wonderful time =)

oh and i do love chinatown in the night.
so pretty!
and abt the only place where you can get fine dimsum at dinnertime.

was doing work when the phone rang.
answered the call and heard a very kiddish "hello?"
its my darling matthew calling from japan!!
he's coming back tonight =D
wheee~!

the call woke jeanette up,
and i think she was having a bad dream,
so she started tearing silently with a very frightened expression.
sobs.
she looked such a poor thing,
my mother started crying with her.
no joke.
the grandma craddled the poor kid,
and sobbed, "dont cry, dont cry..."
=S

we are a family that loves to cry.
no, correction.
we are a family where the females love to cry.
hmph.

okays back to work.

p.s. love those kids, love them love them love them!

happy birthday to me.

its quite a peculiar birthday this year.
party yesterday.
i decided im not cut out to be a social butterfly.
i like quiet gatherings better =)
but it was still fun la okays.
and what was most impt was properly done =)
thats really all that matters.

yesterday wore me out so badly,
i stayed home the whole day today
and slept half of my birthday away.

thank God for the time to rest =)

thank you all who came for the party,
and wrote me such nice stuff on the letters.
some of them made me cry a little...
slk's especially. =)
and others made me laugh a lot =)

presents were wonderful.
i love each and every one of them.
espcially the toilet roll msges~!
i've nv seen such pretty toilet paper.
and its so quaintly wrapped up!
im not being sarcastic alright,
i really do love it.
creativity always amazes me.
thank you waiyin, for the darling idea, and the effort!
and thank you everybody who wrote on it =)

its a lovely present,

What i like about rivers is
we cant step in the same river twice.
the water's always changing, always flowing.
but people i guess can't live like that,
we all must pay a price.
To be safe, we lose our chance of ever knowing~

what's around the river bend.

seemingly inspiring songs
that in actual fact encourage adventurous irresponsibility.
songs like that dont affect me much anymore.
knowing God eliminates so many doubts that we can have abt life.

thank God for that.
