feeling very alone.
my mother kicked me out of the house,
because matt and jean are at our place
and i kept ranting abt wanting a condusive environment to study.

starting with a wonder-wonderful bible study session @ yunqing-jie's,
an impromtu haircut with jiayan,
a futile search for a purty new bag,
watching jiayan bully liangfa's cat,
dinner with the usual crew,
and a happy binge session @ island creamery.

qw gave birth to a healthy baby girl =)
she blogged a very thorough acct of the entire delivery process,
which made me tense in the middle,
and extremely weak by the end.
i was only left with one thought on my mind,
and that is i am never in my life gg to have a baby.

her post was a good mix of love, joy, fear and pain,
but because im not happily married,
i can relate to the fear and pain a lot better than i can to the love and joy.
was nervously chewing on my nails
as i read the part where the baby's pushing out.
it was like watching a horror movie.
terrifying.

maybe a very very very happy marriage will change my mind one day,
and make me keep giving birth
till im 172kg and break all the weighing machines i stand on.
but till that day comes,
having kids will be a big no-no for me.

those who look forward to being mothers,
i suggest you dont read qw's post.
well, until you're happily married.

oh, the pain.

I AM DONE
with all the work
which kept me sleeping at 4am every night this week.
okay, to be techinical, last week.

im beyond tired,
and the itch in my throat is bringing major uncomfort,
but i insist on blogging all that i have done
in this busiest week of the entire twenty years of my life.
so that i print it out,
thrust it in the face of my grandchildren,
and say,
"grams did all these in one week."

caused by little things.

very distracted by it.
cant get to work.

i dont know if im reading too much into it.
i dont know how i can know if i am.

Good Friday.
Good, because Jesus took our punishment for us.
He died on the cross for our sins.
not His sins.
our sins.
in today's context,
that's equivalent to sending your friend to be hanged
for a murder that you have commited.

there's no greater love than this,
that a man would give his life for a friend.

the service stirred great emotions within me,
which im very thankful for.
it has been long since i experienced God's grace upon me so strongly.
but emotions, however great they are, fade as quickly as they come.
so i do pray
that these fleeting emotions will not just die off,
and leave me, once again, oblivious of God's great love for me,
but give birth to a determined sort of conviction in me,
to live my life for God, not for myself.
Good trees bear good fruit.
feeling God's love is not enough;
we've got to reflect His love in all that we do :)
pray la huh.
we can only do it through Him.
