Welcome to another color challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare! We have a striking color combination this week:
I made some notecards to send with some giveaways in my FaceBook group. I used Lagoon and Gypsy Exclusive Inks Stamp Pads to stamp the images from Pen Pals. I made a faux designer paper by lining up the Lagoon hearts washi with Purple and Teal Shimmer Trims. I added some retired sequins for added shimmer.

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #185
Spring is my favorite season! We have more spring-like colors in this week's challenge:
I used watercolor paper and the blue from CTMH Watercolors to make the background for the card. I did not iron it afterwards, so it didn't lay flat, but I don't mind the wave. I added some Pink Shimmer Trim at the bottom of the card for extra shine. The stamp set is Have A Happy Day (retired), which I inked with Glacier, Cotton Candy, Topiary and Sweet Leaf.
We would love you to join us at Color My Heart Color Dare!

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #184
Welcome to another fun color challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare! This week's colors are:
It's Jeanette's birthday month, and I was inspired to make a birthday card using the Hopping By stamp set. I intentionally tilted the balloon and the lamb so it would appear as if the wind is blowing it up in the air. :-D I colored the images with ShinHan and Copic markers. I fussy cut the egg balloon and the basket so I could add some Flaxen Extra Thick Twine to it. The background are 1 inch Fundamentals Paper strips in Canary, Smoothie and Sweet Leaf. There is a strip of thin retired washi under the sentiment, just to give weight to the card appearance. I also added some Sequins Gold Assortment for added shine.

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #183
This week at Color My Heart Color Dare, we are featuring the colors in the Penelope paper pack:
I am super excited to share my design team project this week! Flip books have made a comeback this year, so you can expect to see my different versions in my blog posts! The You Tube tutorial from Lisa was the easiest to follow in making this type of flipbook. I used Pear, Thistle and Crystal Blue Cardstock for my base. I lined the cardstock with the Penelope Paper Packet, cut to size, and used the Penelope Complements to embellish the mini album. Now I'm all set for my Easter mini scrapbooking!
