I used paper from my stash which I have had forever and put it all together on a side step card

added some glitter with sakura pens on the hearts and ears and then some ribbon on a border!!

rugby boy!!

a side step card this time, am enjoying making some different shapes for a change!

have used some paper I had in a pack a couple of years ago, keep looking at it but never sure what to do with it!

so heres what I did!

have used autumn colours to go with the challenge at a spoonful of sugar

creative cottage is birthday boy

this is another shape of card I am going to be selling a blank of if anyone wants to order!!

been hexed!!

have used papers from by bit box mainly and then used a ff image from the disc I have.

added some stickles glitter glue and then some diamantes

love this shape of easel, just a bit different!

oooh I love making easel cards so isnt really a hard challenge for me, couldnt resist joining in though!!!

I made this card using the layout from cupcake crafts challenge

the image is a sugar nellie snow family, and have used just a couple of sakura pens to add some colour, think thats all thats needed with these as they are just so cute!

christmas - non traditional colours

ok so there is some red and green on this but the main focus is pinks theres some blue and brown too!!

I made this using some decoupage from nit wits and the paper is from bo bunny, its a 12x12 sheet so you can imagine how hard it was to cut into

the snowflakes were with the decoupage and I cut the sentiment on the cricut (wildcard cart) on pink and white gingham paper (left from another 12x12 arent I brave)

I am going to use it for the challenges at

its a boy!!

this ff cd is just so perfect for baby cards, I love it!

I had a text last night to let me know my friend has become a granny yet again, heres the card for her to send

I used ff papers and image,have layered the image and used chalk in around the edges, the text was done on the computer and then cut on the cricut, added a few gems here and there and of course a cute little nappy pin, I have had these for years but never could think how to use them.  The ribbon is from the prize I won last week

I used the sketch from a crafty little place

and will use the card for challenges at

paper sundaes - minimum of 3 embellishments

just put together another card from the ff cd, lovely images on there but was too lazy to do a decoupage, but I have messed with glitter and flower soft so feel its justified as being my work!!!

anyway its for my cousins baby in America (well the whole family are there not just the baby)

the colours on this one remind me of bees!!

I used some backing paper from a book of papers my cousin bought me for my birthday and wasnt sure what to do with them all!

I used the sketch from the sugar bowl

and the manga girl is coloured with promarkers

I chalked the background image and made some flowers (also chalked around edges) on the cricut

hope you like her

I am happy with this one for a change!!!!

heres a card I did today

I love this image, have to say its one of my favourite sugar nellie stamps

I have used some paper i picked up on sale at hobby craft last week - even being on sale doesnt make me feel bad cutting into a whole 12x12 sheet!!!

The image is coloured with my promarkers after being stamped with memento ink

yummy cupcake

decided I needed to create something a little bit different than just a square card so went for this cupcake shaped card, I cut on my cricut,layered the top of the cake, around the edges of each layer I used chalk ink  and then added a 3d flower, also handmade this bow using 3 pieces of ribbon and a brad

so simple but am quite happy with it

I am going to use this for the challenges at

creative inspirations - not a square or rectangle card

pile it on challenge - pile on the layers

polka doodles - shaped card

a bit shabby

well shabby is just not for me, have had a go for the challenge at 'stampin for the weekend' blog challenge but I just am not happy about it at all, think it needs more distress ink  for a start

but just looks all wrong to me!!!

I followed the sketch at sketch saturday

and lexis creations challenge is flower power!!

cute daisy may challenge is pile on the flowers

craft your passions is lace and at least one flower, hence the lace border

praire fairys challenge is lace and pearls

Ohh I just love this little derek the dinosaur digi  from Sj's little musings

Ive used promarkers to colour him in and chalked around the edge of the square

have used the layout from Friday Sketchers

here is my most recent DT card for the challenge over at One Stitch At A Time challenge blog

I have managed to get all three in on this one

I cut a circular easel card on the cricut and used some paper that has been long forgotten in my stash to cover it

I then used the digi image from Sew Many Cards who are also our sponsor this week

My cousin who emigrated last year, got married in Aus a few months ago and is due over this month for a celebration with us who are stuck in the cold wet UK!!

as a wedding present I have made her a mini scrap book, I cant go too large as she hasnt much room in her case when she goes back

heres the happy couple and the front cover of my scrapbook

the flowers although they look black are purple as thats what colour her flowers were

please ignore the holes at the side as its not put together yet

I decided to try using different coloured than the usual Christmas colours here, there were some nice free papers in one of the mags (cant remember which one now)

this beautiful new backing paper!!! how awful to have to cut it, I struggle A LOT when cutting 12x12 to start with but when its double sided!!!!! extra problems for me (will have a lie down in a mo)

the challenge at crazy 4 challenges is lattice so thought I would have a go, I cut out the flower lattice on the cricut and then cut some flowers on there too, covered the white base card with burgundy and then green papers and then added a green insert

I coloured the stamped image with promarkes (kanban stamp) and then added some diamante gems

I will also use this card for daisy doodles challenge - anything goes
