Spring Break 2013

We had a nice Spring Break, this year. The first part of the week, Paul and Gavin went to Thatcher, to visit his family. I stayed back and worked while they were gone. I took off Thursday and Friday, when  they came home. We were able to have some much needed family time.

Thursday we went to the park. We invited my sister and her girls, my mom, and my brother Weston. It was Weston's 19th birthday, so we celebrated his birthday, too. I can't believe he is 19. We will have another missionary come summer. Crazy!

Friday we went to the zoo, and had so much fun. Gavin loved seeing all the animals. My friend Talisha and her little boy, joined us in our day of fun. We went right when the zoo opened, hoping the animals would be awake and active. Most of the animals didn't disappoint. Gavin especially loved the lions. I was so glad they were up and walking around. We will definitely be going back more often....now that is he older and enjoys it.

Here are some pictures from our fun weekend.

Lehi Days Rodeo 2013

We went to Lehi Days, this year. Fun was had by all....especially Gavin. One of the things Gavin is into right now, is farm animals. He was in heaven seeing all the animals. He was even more thrilled when he got to the the pony twice. When we were leaving there was a fire truck for everyone to look at. Gavin was so interested in the truck, so it was hard taking a picture of him.

Here are some pictures from all the fun.

and more pony riding

last one, I promise.

The fire truck was much cooler then taking picutures.

Gavin-isms

Gavin is growing up so fast....too fast, really. He has been talking a lot more lately. This is more for me, for journal purposes. I just needed to do it, before time slips away even more.

I BLOGGED!

Five posts in one night? Wow! Maybe in 2012 I will be a better blogger....maybe.

ER.....Again

We had another trip to the ER with Gavin. This time it was by ambulance, and he had to be admitted. He got the croup, again. He is a brave baby, but is sick of doctors. I don't think he ever fully recovered from the last time he had croup. His new pediatrician wants him to go see an Ear, Nose, and, Throat doctor to see if there is something doing on in his little body.

Mom, why are you taking pictures of me when I am miserable? I had nothing else to do and we had been sitting there for awhile.

What...we aren't going home? I am not too sure about this place.

Alright, if I have to stay here I might as well make the best of it.

Okay, I have been here long enough. I want to go home now. If I cry, will they let me?

Cousin love

Gavin went on the "round and round" for the very first time. He loved it....if you couldn't tell.
