~~~~ Christmas week at Fab'n'Funky ~~~

Hi folks,

Hope you are keeping well and managing to stay sane during these strange times.

I managed to get out for a walk on Monday but as I schedule this post
 rain is forecast for the next 3 days so the walls will be getting closer!
  I find it difficult to stay focused the best of times 

but this really gives me an excuse!  But enough about me...

I'm happy to host this week's challenge at

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #459

and being the last Wednesday of the month

 it is time for you to show us some Christmas Creations.

I have used a wonderful Pre-Coloured image that is available
 at Sublimation Design Graphics.  

These cute gnomes are quick and fun to use...I moved them together

used Copic T4, T2 around the images to give them some dimension

then added T5,T2 at the bottom to ground them.  Sentiment is a MB die.

I loved their cute hats and sweaters...couldn't have dressed them better.

~~~ Bloomin Wonderful at Sweet Stampin ~~~

Hi folks,
As we are all staying put these days, I hope you are able to do
something that brings you joy.

Colouring is one of my favourite things to do...I love to tune everything out and
just focus on making something come to life.
I'm not always happy with the outcome mind you...but this one I liked.

Today starts a new challenge at

Sweet Stampin Challenge

where we have the theme of "Bloomin Wonderful (feature a flower)"

I enjoyed colouring this Marcella Hawley digital stamp.

 SU Country Floral embossing folder used on the base, pearls from my stash and

sentiment is a stamp, heat embossed on vellum.

I masked the image then used Tim Holtz Cracked Pistachio Distressed Oxide ink

on the background.

I had to chuckle when I first saw this cute dragon called TP Dudley

...so appropriate for the times we are living in.

The gorgeous green paper is StampinUp Lemon Lime Twist and the ribbon is an oldie from my stash.

~~~ Weather at Fab'n'Funky~~~

Good morning all, hope this finds you well.

Today starts a new challenge at

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #475

where our lovely and talented team mate Chris is hosting
and has chosen the theme  "April Showers (or whatever the weather)
....and yes in my little part of the world it is "cloudy"

I've coloured with Copics this sweet image from Tiddly Inks ...I think it is called
Cloud 9

MFT sentiment, stamped and heat embossed using white embossing powder.
Clouds are also a MFT die cut in felt.  I didn't realize that I had pulled out 2 sheets at the same time and when cut the die sealed the edges giving them a very puffy affect...loved it.
