Happy Easter

Hi there my crafty friends!  I started today's card by cutting the Noble Looped Squares in white to use as the base for my card.  I cut a smaller one and added it to the middle of the card with mounting foam.  I cut some grass using an older die and ran it along the bottom of the smaller Looped Squares.  I cut the Chocolate Bunny die in white and added a purple bow, and pink tail and ears.  I cut the basket from the Easter Essentials an filled it with eggs.  On the sides, I used the Chunky Blossoms and cut three for each side as accents.  I used the Happy Easter shadowed sentiment at the top of the card.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/2"  x  7 1/2"  in size.

Will You Be My Valentine

Hello bloggers!  This card was created by using several of the leftover parts from other cards!  I used the Heart Background die and used all the fallaway pieces for other cards and I kept the backgrounds from them.  I used some ruby red, sherbet, lilac and amethyst card that were leftover and I slightly offset all the backgrounds to show a sliver of each colour.  I glued them all together like that, then added them to a piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet applied to it.  Once they were in place, I coated the remaining sticky areas with Diamond White glitter.  I cut a sentiment from the Love Wordie sheets and added it with mounting foam across the cars.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6"  x 7 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Happy Spring

Hello crafters!  I have a quick and easy card to share today!  I started with a piece of Silver sparkle alcohol ink card to use for the background.  I used several alcohol inks on it including raspberry, citrus, sailboat blue and sunset orange in diagonal lines across the card.  Next I cut the Stained Glass Rectangles in white and added a black backing piece.  I cut the Happy Spring die out of both gloss white card and black card.  I shadowed all the letters with the black card, then added them with mounting foam to the middle of the card.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/4"  x  8 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Thinking Of You

Hello bloggers!  I still have more window cards to share so here is another one for today's offering.  I cut a piece of the purple striped paper from the Dots 'N Stripes Paper pad.  I taped it to a piece of white card to give it more thickness.  Next I cut the Window die with two pieces of white card.  The bottom piece of white card gave me an embossed impression of the window to use for my scene.  I cut the tree from the Swing Tree set and added several bunches of greenery to it.  I cut the tire and made a swing.  I added a nest with eggs to the tree and a squirrel at the base.  I cut the birdhouse from the Garden Accessories and a tuft of grass and added it next to the tree.  In the sky, I cut two clouds and a flying bird.  I added mounting foam to the back of the window die and added it over the top of my scene.  I cut the cat in grey and added him to the window sill.  I used the Thinking of You shadowed sentiment cut in black and added to a white shadow backing die.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  8 3/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Easter Friends

Hello bloggers and welcome to the final post of this launch.  This post is dedicated to showcasing the Easter Friends die set.  This set has five dies in it with three chicks and two bunnies.  They are all really cute with a sort of whimsical style to them!  I showed a card earlier in the launch with the chicks, but here is one showing one of the bunnies from the set.  If this one is calling your name, don't forget to pop a comment on this post so you can be entered into the drawing.  I would love to know if you have a favourite set from the release too.  We have come to the end of the launch now and I hope that you have had as much fun as I have bringing it to you!  All for now, Sue x

Here Comes The Easter Bunny

 Hello everyone!  This post is dedicated to the final sentiment which is Here Comes The Easter Bunny.  With several bunnies to go with this phrase, you are sure to get loads of use out of this sentiment.  It has been designed using two different fonts to give it a bit of a whimsy feel, but still very readable too.  For the last time this launch, I will ask you to put your comments on this post.  I have also just realised that the date that I picked to announce the winner of the drawing is on a non card day so I am moving the date to the 20th.  So please don't forget to check back on the 20th to see if yours was the lucky name drawn out to be the winner!  We have one final post to this launch and it will be at 6pm today.  All for now, Sue x

Happy Easter

Hello crafters!  As I mentioned before, we do have a few more traditional Easter sentiments.  This post is showcasing the Happy Easter shadowed sentiment.  Shown here, this sentiment has been designed in two separate words so you can use them horizontally or stacked on top of each other.  There is a shadow die that you can use with the sentiment or without, your choice.  Add your name to the bottom of the post before leaving.  The next post of the launch will be on the blog at 3pm today.  All for now. Layering Eggs

 Hi bloggers!  The next die on offer is the Layering Eggs die set.  There are eleven dies in this set, all the sizes of eggs you might need when making Easter cards.  For example, this sample used five of the eleven dies to create this card.  I love the fact that you can layer these to create more depth in your cards too.  If you think this set would fit in well with your existing craft stash, then you just need to pop a comment on this post to be entered into the drawing to win the whole collection!  You never know, it could be your name that I draw out, someone is going to win and it might as well be you!  The next post today will be along at 12pm today, hope to see you then!  All for now, Sue x

Easter Eggs

Hello there my crafty friends!  We are finishing off the day with the Easter Eggs die set.  This set has five dies in it, with two large eggs, one medium egg and two smaller eggs.  Each one of the eggs has a different pattern or design so you have lots of choices here for your cards.  You can use all of them as I have in this sample or you can use just one or just a few of them together.  Let me know what you think in your comments.  That is it for today, but we have one more day starting here at 6am Monday morning.  All for now. You're One Of My Favourite Peeps

Hi there my crafty friends!  This post is dedicated to the second sentiment in this release which is You're Egg-stra Special! This
