So after so many years, I've packed up and shifted again. Thank you blogger for being there and being fantastic, letting me vent all my frustration and anger, share my joy and sorrow, and tolerating my randomness and fan-girling.
Having said that, I'm leaving this in cyberspace as a reminder of my youth and the road I've come. Who know, I might reopen this again when I need to update from overseas, if I do get there.
Except for general posts, all personal posts are likely to be friend-locked. To view them, you have to first have a livejournal account and second add me as a friend. Do note that I only accept friend requests from known people, so unless you state who you really are, I won't accept you. Also, I may ask more questions if I suspect you're a fraud. If you aren't a fraud, bear with me and thanks for understanding. Unfortunately, that's how screw up my life is to have to take such measures.
Having said that, adieu and thanks for staying with me.

I was also under the impression that I will be billed monthly, and not that the bank pays the company upfront. And I am also a UOB customer.
I am sorely disappointed with UOB for being so un-understanding towards its customers. The fact that UOB has a tie-up with WITC was one of the reasons I signed. After all, UOB has several perks on offer and I figured this was just another one. The sales person made it seem so. How am I, the consumer, to know that the company that UOB has a tie-up with is a scam? Shouldn’t banks have done checks on these companies to ensure that they are reliable before tying up with them? Now that this incident has happened, I don’t feel secured anymore being a UOB customer, despite myself choosing UOB again as my preferred credit card just a few weeks ago.
Another burning question I have is this: Why is nothing being done to help us? Many of us have filed police reports and gone down to SCT, but it seems nothing is really being done to ensure that the ones who have wronged us are being penalised. Where is the justice in that? How about our rights? Our protection against evil merchants like that?
As a consumer who has been victimised, why should I be expected to trust another company to give me good service without betraying that trust? Isn’t this just a vicious cycle that will keep going on and on, with more and more members of the public becoming victims? How is the government helping to ensure that such incidents will be reduced? What laws and regulations can be imposed to discourage such companies like WITC from sprouting up all over Singapore, preying on unsuspecting members of the public? The public that incidentally, the law is supposed to protect?
If someone is already looking into this matter and trying to help all of us out, I really appreciate it. I just hope that more can be done to prevent such incidents from happening again. What with Wellness Village and now WITC, I think it really shows that something is lacking during checks to ensure that the company is trustable, reliable and doing well to warrant the trust of the public.

Please spread the word. Encourage victims of WITC to file a police report. Hopefully, action will be taken against the management soon.
Before I go on a Lee Jun Ki high.... allow me to say that I have an unbelievably incredibly stupid brother. He just came home with a plastic bag full of bottles of assorted pills which he spent close to $800 on. Seems like a familiar scenario? You guessed it. The baka brother of mine just entered the world of MLM and he totally bought it hook, line and sinker.
All I have to say is this : WAKE UP!!!!!
Seriously, now recession you go and blow money on this kind of stupid thing. So what if your (best) buddy earned 4k last month. It's just a gimmick. He earned 4k last month, does it mean he'll earn 4k this month? And next month? And the months after? You only earn that amount as long as you have contacts. How long do you think your contacts can last you? Unless you have more than 1,000 friends in Singapore, you can dream on. Also, so they are friendly. So their business model is different. So they say you work in a team. Let me ask you this: WHICH MLM business does not proclaim to have the same things?!
Don't come running to me for help. I never support MLM, and even if you are my brother, I will NEVER support you. It is crap, I don't believe in it and so I will never ever support such crap. Get a REAL job.
So we are prejudiced against MLM. OBVIOUSLY there's a very valid reason why. If I could get a penny for every single person that comes to me swearing that whatever product they are trying to sell to me is not MLM, is beneficial to me and I will definitely make money, I'd be richer than all you people selling the goods.

Okay, back to the point of my post. LEE JUN KI is on Twitter! OMG, how cool is that? HOW COOL IS THAT?!! Even cooler? He tweets in ENGLISH. That's right, English! Just to reach out to his international fans. How sweet. It isn't perfect English, but he is making an effort when he could have just tweet in Korean.
Just look at this photo that he uploaded:

so hot so hot so hot so hot!!! And one of the comments is so funny: "Oppa...your hair. red or orange?" hahahaha.

Ah yes... I WANTS!!!
I also want his new album!!!! And one day, I am so going to meet him in person! Hur hur hur! And his new drama will be out in November! SO EXCITED!!!!!
Sad he'll be going to the army though. No Jun Ki for awhile after that :(

I am so so so so so stoked that Brandon and Jeanine are in the top 4!!! YAYYYY!!!! They're both brilliant dancers that have been consistently delievering every single week and just keep getting better and better! I love watching them dance. And just as Dony was my inspiration to finally get the guts to pick up dancing (and she PROVED you don't have to be skinny to dance), Jeanine is my inspiration to continue and hopefully get a body as hot as hers! hahaha. I was so worried that they wouldn't make it after last week saw Janette booted off (BOO HOO America) and Brandon in bottom 2. Well, let's hope they get it right next week and put Brandon and Jeanine as the final 2!
Does anyone know if gizmo works for SYTYCD voting too? hmmm... must remember to get up and try voting next week! The only other person I'd somewhat willingly accept in top 2 is Kayla, and that's 'cos she's improved, delivered and has beautiful lines.... it's just she doesn't appeal to me so much. Don't know why... maybe it's the lack of personality? Haha...
But then again, Evan is ridiculously popular. Has he even been in bottom 2 before? He's cute, I love his style of dance but he just hasn't been pushing it hard enough for me so I don't quite think he deserves being in top 4, much less win it. But oh wells, I won't be surprised if America pulls a shocker.
It'll be damn cool if a girl wins it this season though. It'll be even cooler if Jeanine wins it! :D
