It's been a while since I pulled out my prismacolor pencils, so I

figured it was high time....I used baby oil tonight instead

of the odorless mineral spirits.

I loved her card when I saw it on Pinterest

and knew I had to make one just like it!

I used the set Song in My Heart for the bird image,

and a sentiment from Tenderhearted for the saying.

Sneak Peak at Paper and Such!

Today is the 8th and that means it is the last

sneak peek before the big reveal on the 9th at

Paper and Such!

This guy really cracks me up, and his big

eyes just SCREAM- GOOGLY EYES!

So, I put some on him!

.....meet Melvin!  

I love how you can put the clear stamps onto the acrylic

blocks and twist and turn them!  If you've never tried this,

you totally need to!  

Melvin was cut out with the

silhouette machine (Thanks Stephanie), and then stamped

and colored with my copics.

my card -

I chose to use our Strawberries set from
Paper and Such, simply because I LOVE all
the fresh fruits (and veggies) that are available
in the summer.
