Happy new year everyone, 2006 has been an eventful year. I found a brand new way to occupy myself during the December holidays since the computer games are getting way too boring. That is --- watching animes, like Naruto and Death Note. Cool right. Anyway I went to this town called Xinyi in China. It is a small, remote yet interesting one.

The baldy trees

And the baldy land

The frozen water

And this three wheeled van 0_0

Tomorrow is orientation camp, time to pack my bag...

I hate to live in a refrigerator, but it cannot be helped. Currently in Shanghai now, and it is very cold. The temperature is like 3 to 5 degrees, have to wear three layers of clothes to keep warm. >.< Anyway I went to this gigantic supermarket which is about twice the size of vivo's first floor. Yes it is a supermarket, just the section selling foldable chairs takes up four rows of shelves.

As usual, it is quite boring to shop, so I went to the food corner and had my dinner there. Then I saw this guy buying a bun-looking thing that look quite delicious. The funny thing is that people have to buy food and go to the counter which is like so far away to pay for it. And guess what, the guy get a piece, eat some of it as he walk to the counter and just throw the left-over in a shelf. I am like ROFLMAO. Haha exaggerating, I guess the bun is not that nice so he decided to get rid of it. It is fun seeing so many types of goods in the supermarket, and of course that purchasing system is quite screwed up. It is not a good idea to go walking outside now, unless you wanna eat the wind. I think I better stone at home and watch some television programmes.

Feeling extremely bored, Zhu, Yk, Terence, Hp and I went to vivo city. O ya that is after Zhu hanged moi phone like 8 times. We gather at J8 first to have our lunch. Haha Yk is the only one not wearing jeans. Then we take mrt to vivo city to roam around. Yea roam around. Yk and I were extremely thirsty, so we went to Giant to buy a drink. Haha Yk got a 1 litre bottle of orange juice, I got an apple one and Zhu bought a bottle of root beer as usual. The juice is 99 cents and the other is 89 cents. The pricing is a bit funny haha. It rounds down to 95/85 anyway. We look like some idiots carrying the big bottles walking around.=) After walking one round around vivo, we got sian and went to city hall to lan. Got owned again in battle for middle earth 2. Haiz completely don't know how to play! Terence has so many troops, making mine look like ants haha. So that is my day, o man nothing on tomorrow, how to get past tomorrow?

Watching videos.

Have been receiving some ridiculously stupidish and longish emails. Got 1 which is some sort of reply to my previous post. Here goes:

Dear Pan,

Top of the day to you, (Ok thx) I am writing you this email personally and not officially. I do hope that you understand this. This is to inform you that a demurrage charge has been placed on your winnings. This is as a result of delay due to the initial attorney charges that you refused to pay. This demurrage charge will attract a fee of eighty nine thousand dollars (89,000 USD). It is advisable that this demurrage charge is paid in order for your winnings to be transferred to you before it gets too late. I will advise that you do not give up so easily, like they say, "good things do not come easy". (I see) I understand that eighty nine thousand dollars (89,000 USD) is a large amount of money. (No lar no very little) I have promised myself that I will do everything possible to ensure that you obtain your winnings (You promised yourself, guan wo shi mo shi), but this will not be possible if I do not get total cooperation from you. If you require my assistance, please respond immediately in order for me to advise you to ensure that you obtain your winnings in the shortest possible time without spending any money. (I thought there is a demurrage charge?) I hope that you will confide in me as I have confided in you? (Did u?)

I will await you urgent response. (No, I dun wanna go toilet) Extend my greetings to your family.

Regards, Martins Blaney.

Thank you Mr. Blaney. You really persuaded me.

I went with Marcus to Thomson Plaza this afternoon to eat time. We 'da bao' noodles and brought that to a nearby playground. Then we played with the swings and discovered so many mosquito bites on our legs. So we went back to Thomson Plaza and walked around 2 times. Quite fun actually, haha at least better than staying at home and stone. I dun wanna be a rock, or a pebble.

We are going for some kind of cca outing at Adriel's house at night. Shawn and I waited uber long at yishun MRT station for Jon Koh, who apparently got requested by me to go home and get the music stands. Thanks Jon. Met Xueyuan there also, quite qiao haha. 6 of us (ben wee, chang, dng, jon koh, shawn, and I) met up and had dinner at food junction in J8. Wang Xiang went to meet with us at Bishan Library later where the quartet played for the raffles arts exhibition. A bit out of tune as usual=X. Saw Zhu's painting, quite a mess to me. But I guess it has some artistic quality since it won some prize. Supposed to have reached Chang's house at 7:30. But when the quartet changed back to home clothes, it is already 7:30. So we met with Yiyang and chiong to the taxi stand beside MRT station and boarded Chang mother/father's car. Imagine 7 of us, 6 instruments and 1 bow(yes light sabre/gun wadever haha) get into one car. O I nearly forgot about Adriel's 2 sisters (are they?), so its 9 people in total. Ok the car is not really a car, but I dunno what it is called anyway. I know my english is bad.=P Quite squeezy but we enjoyed the ride to Chang's house, sharing our handphone music alone the way. Guess that is part of my good memories.=)

By the time we reached Chang's house, Jinghui and Ben are already there. Haha the nine of us (nonet or wadever u call it) finally met up. Haha. Chang's house is very spacious, we had a great time playing random pieces, like the baroque piece by the 'Albino' guy. Haha, it was fun. Mr Sze's puffs are quite delicious too.=) After that, shawn, jon koh, ben and I tried to hail for a cab for half an hour and finally got 1. David and yiyang got 1 first. Damn. Haha, but they waited for 'a little while' u-turning though. Guess tonight is the only night that is gonna be fun in this holiday... 2 brothers leaving tomorrow. Wang Xiang going to Macau to gamble, Dng go Japan see chio bu. Haha. Dao me le lor, no more nice youtube videos and the funny guy. Ok lar hope you all enjoy yourselves. Au revoir! I will definitely 'not' miss you two!! (see I gave 2 exclamation marks XD)

I looked up at the sky and saw the sun and the way that gravity pulls on everyone, on everyone... ...

7+6+1+2 in 1 (Haha not clear)

The quartet

Us at Chang's house (Ok maybe not us, some of us. Dun have moi inside=X)

The lonely yet busy bus stop
