So, I'm just gonna jump back into this blog thing. I feel horrible that I havent kept up with this blog, especially since the kids LOVE looking back at it. So, here we go!
We had a pretty slow summer. The biggest things were;
Ellie turned ONE!
This little lady has been a huge blessing to our family, and to me. I'm so happy that we listenend to Heavenly Father and had another baby. She is SO much fun and I am SO in love!
William turned EIGHT!
William oh William. This guy holds such a special place in my heart. He is so loving, caring, funny, quirky, smart, handsome, and I'm so grateful that I can kiss/snuggle him anytime I want. Or he wants. Which turns out, is often. just another thing to love.
Allison turned SIX!
Allison. This little 6 yr old is going on 16. She has got so much sass and charisma. I often look at her and just cant believe she's my daughter. She is so smart, and funny and beautiful, and has the absolute best laugh!
Jimmy turned THIRTY!!!
I will be forever grateful for this guy. He's been my best friend for most of my life. He's amazing. an amazing husband, and father, and all around guy. He's the milk to my cookies, and I'd be utterly lost without him.
We bought a new house!!
We I had been wanting to move for far too many years, and this past summer, we took the leap! I am actually really glad that we waited and didnt settle on a smaller house. So, thanks Jimmy, for dragging your heels!! Because now, we have our forever house!! I love love love it. It is waay bigger than we probably deserve, or can take care of. But, we'll figure it out, someday! In the mean time, I'm having fun unpacking and making it our own....slowly but surely.
I still cant believe its my house.
besides those milestones, we played, saw where dinosaurs once walked,
(and swam there), forts were made, baking was done, we played at the park
(as much as you can in 120' weather) , the kids rode bikes, fireworks were watched, sleepovers were had, A&W went to their first concert, (Big Time Rush) roller coasters were ridden, books were read, we swam, we laughed. we enjoyed each other.
XO
