Thanksgiving 08

Thanksgiving was really great this year. We went up to Allan and Stephanie's and it was wonderful. It was nice being with family and the food was great. Kudos to them. Emily dropped a pie outside much to the excitment of our dog Diesel. She worked hard on that, poor girl. Allan also saddled up Pecos and some of the grandkids went for a ride. Madison loves horses, and that makes her Mom really happy. Here are some cute pics:

Here she is with her "puppy" Diesel

This is Madi with Pecos, Grandpa and Dad, I love this

Here is Allie on the piano, adorable

I had some other pics but they came out a little blurry. Jeff rang the doorbell and when he came in Madison said, "it's the pizza guy!!" It was really funny. We also played Wolven, and it's the best game. It only works with a big group of people. It was a fun Thanksgiving.

We can't believe she is 3!

Madison turned 3 on November 21st. She is growing up so fast. We are blessed to have her for a daughter.

Make a wish!

She loved having Grandma and Grandpa there. We thought we would do something just kind of low key since the past two years we've done parties. She especially loved when we sang Happy Birthday. All day long she would say, "Happy Birthday Madison." It was pretty cute.

Halloween

I have been really bad with updating this blog. I'm still kind of learning how this works. I wanted to post a couple pics of Madison at Halloween.

What a beautiful Butterfly!

Getting some candy.

Hair fun

Yesterday I decided to put Madison's hair in curlers to get it all pretty for church. I've done it before but this time I got pictures. She is so stinking cute!

She knows how cute she is too

Curly curly

She was getting sick of the pics. But I still had fun. She is such a doll.

The First Snow

The last time we got snow was on June 11th. Yes, that's right, I said June. :) We wake up on October 11th, four months later to this...

This is our backyard. I know it's not as much as you got Tye. And yes I am a wuss from Arizona. haha!

This is looking out the front door. BRRR!!! I'm not really ready for this yet, but I don't think I have much of a choice. Aw the joys of living in Idaho. But I still love it here.

It's Been a While

The first pic is the entire Packer fam, and the second is the most recent pic of the three of us.

We are the worst bloggers ever, we know! :) Things have been crazy lately. We had a great summer though, but it went by too fast. I'm REALLY not looking forward to winter. Eric recently got a new job for a really great company. I got a part-time job at Old Navy. I love it too. It is fast-paced and I love the people I work with. Madison is growing like a weed. She is so smart. She can count to 30, do her abc's, she knows her shapes and colors and we have started working on a little math. She is going to be 3 in November. It is hard to believe.

Eric's little brother Greg got married recently too. It was a beautiful wedding and he found himself a fabulous girl named Whitney. Her kids are absolutely adorable too. They make a beautiful family.

Our good friends Kari and Garrett came to visit. They have a little girl close in age to Madison. We had so much fun. We miss our friends in Arizona. I'm still loving it here in Idaho. The people here are so wonderful. We are very blessed. I'll add some more pictures later. :)
