Maggie and I had such a splendid time, I hope for more Maggie birthdays just like this one. Of course we couldn't keep the boys and little sis out of all the celebrating, we met them at the movies and went out for dinner. A birthday well celebrated!

Maggie is "7"
There is something wonderful about little girls growing up, thank goodness otherwise it would just be so sad, they start blossom with personality, strong likes and dislikes and they want to go shopping. For Maggie's birthday she decided to hang out at the mall with mom (another plus to mom-hood). She knew exactly where she wanted to shop, eat and snack. I was very impressed with her mall knowledge. She also decided to get her ears pierced, you can see by the pictures below that all went well.

What about the "BUNNY"?
Yes, Easter did come and go at our house. With it came memories and pictures. Easter is such a pleasant holiday, we try so hard and make a lot of effort to bring Christ into Christmas, but with Easter it always come so easily. It is a celebration of the great plan of happiness and forever families.
I am so thankful for the knowledge that through the atonement and resurrection of Christ, I too can live again.
Here are some pictures of our holiday.....
Looks like Spencer is hiding eggs....
And so are they.....

Saying Goodbye to "Bell"
Last month we said goodbye to our dearly loved Elder. Elder Bell spent over a year in our ward and blessed our home with many visits, including Christmas. Our entire family had grown attached to this magnificent missionary. The last month before he left I had the privilege to speak with him in sacrament meeting. We both spoke on missionary work, of course. I couldn't help thinking how he has helped my testimony grow (and hopefully my children's testimonies as well) and my desire to share the gospel increase. He was a magnificent example to my children and we will truly miss having him around.
Especially since he has been gone for an entire month and hasn't called once. It's like he is just going to move on with his life and forget all about us..... as it should be.
LDS or not, invite the missionaries into your home. They are wonderful young men and women with a great spirit that comes right with them into your home and stays after they have gone. They are polite, kind, service oriented (did my dishes lots) and extremely focused on the Lords cause.
