End of December
We spent the last week of December at home. Andrew had to leave on a basketball trip for 5 days, so we tried to survive while he was gone. He was also gone for our anniversary, which we are kinda used to at this point. So we gave each other cards to open while he was gone and we stayed in touch with many pictures! We look forward to celebrating our 6th anniversary in the summer. Happy new year!

Christmas Eve and Day with the Blom family
As I mentioned before, this year we celebrated Christmas with my family. My whole family except for my brother Michael were in town. We drove to my mom's house after vising Park City. Andrew had to drive the team bus up to the Ogden airport in the snow storm, so that was exciting! WE made it safely. We had a lovely Christmas eve dinner and my mom prepared a little spiritual thought for the kids, it was lovely. Then the kids got to open one present each, their Christmas jammies. Karsten looked so cute in his batman ones! Then... off to bed!
We woke up around 7:30 am and were upstairs to open presents by 8 am. I will let the pictures do the talking.
After presents we had a lovely breakfast and git dressed to start prepping the food. at about 2 pm we headed over to my sisters house to have Christmas dinner with all the family. It was very fun. we had to vut the evening short when Ella developped a random fever at about 6 om. so we took her back to oma's house, put her to bed and watched a movie. A wonderful Christmas!
Here are some great pictures my sister took, including Andrew carefully carving the turkey

Christmas eve day: Park City
On Christmas eve day we drove up to Park City to spend the morning and afternoon with Aunt Vicki and Uncle Jerry. They had rented 2 condo's in the snow resort to spend Christmas with Jerry's family. Vicki graciously invited us up to spend time wiht them during the day. The only downside was that there was a big snowstorm flying into town that day, so we wanted to to be safe, and we were thanks to Andrew fixing my windshield whiper early in the morning, thank you!
We had so much fun admiring their beauitful condo, playing in the snow and going out to lunch before we headed to Ogden to spend Christmas there. Thank you for having us!
