Labor Day Weekend

As tradition would have it we found ourselves at Ririe Reservoir this Labor Day weekend for some camping and boating fun. We really love this place because it is only 15 minutes away, the campground is grass and pavement, full hook-ups, and the water is a hop, skip, and jump away!

This year we had some friends come for the weekend and as always Grandma and Grandpa Clayton came with the "Titanic"! The kids really look forward to this as the final weekend of camping and boating in one trip.

Every year we swing over to Heise for dinner at the pizza parlor on Friday night. Saturday morning finds us whipping up a yummy breakfast for those family members who are coming to water ski for the day (this year it was Troy and Mindy and Kevin and Natalie).

Bayli and Hailey are like the Siamese twins! They do everything the same...they bought these floaties one day and were determined to use them at the lake. This is one of the bigger docks that has a hole in the middle so the kids can float around inside. It is pretty cool, especially for the little ones.
These boys are all smiles as they show off their "skills" on the wake board and tubes! (Kempton, Coleman and Tucker)
The two youngest girls decided that they would ride the tubes with the older girls...Kenzy and Bridget with Bayli and Hailey.
"Hold on tight, Bridg, here we go!"
They survived the ride and are still happy about hanging out on the tubes in the water! PHEW!!
Tucker loves water, but is terrified of doing anything except ride in the front of the boat. This is where he can be found the entire day!

Who's next, boys?? Until next year...
