mommy's birthday

To celebrate Mommy's 29th birthday (I got candy for posting that!), they decided to (GASP!) leave us for the night! So rude, I know. The good news is that we had a fantastic time with Kami. Cooper did throw her a curve ball when he threw up in his bed, but hey, we have to keep her on her toes!
They head to The Ritz at Reynolds Plantation. From what they said it was wonderful. Again, I was left at home, so I wouldn't know. They went for a stroll around the grounds, hung out in the hot tub and got dressed up for a night dinner without kids.
Mommy and Daddy got to go ice skating at the hotel. She said it was like being on an episode on the Bachelor because nobody else was there. Thankfully neither of them fell and hurt themselves.
This is the part I was very sad to miss- smores by the fire! After sleeping in and breakfast in the room, they came back home looking very refreshed and well rested.

superhero night at the library

Our local library had superhero night so we dressed up in our best costumes and headed out for some fun.
 Listening to the superhero stories
 Making superhero cuffs

My friend from school was there too! Don't we look strong in our cuffs?
Time to fly home!

November Thankful things

I was so busy enjoying all the things I am thankful for in November that I did not get a chance to post! Here are the highlights for the month.
I am thankful that Miss Alex came to visit and read us books in Spanish (please come back again soon!)
For older neighborhood kids that come and play with me and my friends.
Mommy is thankful that Sister can entertain herself in the sippy cup cabinet while she cooks dinner!
That Brother will sit down to draw and color with me. He wants to write him letters just like me!
I am thankful that God gave me a creative mind to draw...
and that I can write my letters and numbers!
We are thankful for musical instruments...
 and super soft stuffed animals.
We are thankful for our Thankful tree- each leaf is one think we are thankful for. We added a few each night in November. We are also grateful that Mrs. Amy gave Mommy the idea and felt to make this.
Mommy was thankful for big smiles even at the doctors office.
 For my super silly Brother...
That Sister is standing all the time now and that she is a future artist too!
Sister and Mommy are so thankful for adorable ans stylish clothes that dear friends have passed down to them.
We are very thankful for the two girls that live next door.
Sister is thankful that they let her ride in there car...
and Brother is thankful to ride there hot pink and purple hot wheels!
For a fun filled trip to Skyzone with Daddy...
and last but not least, Mommy is very thankful for teeny tiny boxer briefs. Precious!

halloween festivities!

We got to get some candy early this year. The shopping mall by our house had a costume contest followed by trick or treating at all of the stores. Yes, I did happen to win best costume!
We got to trick or treat with our sweet new neighbors!
 It was a fun day!
Our neighborhood had a fall festival. It was a very and windy day so the camera did not come out until the train ride at the end.
This is our awesome neighbor. He is super fun!
Brother loved pulling the seeds out of the pumpkin.
 He is a mess!
Daddy helped us carve the face.
Halloween morning before leaving for school
We had a fall party at school that Mommy was able to come to.
 Craft time
 Pass the pumpkin
Pin the nose on the pumpkin

crazy, crazy kids!

Crazy about firetrucks! In new matching pjs from Kami and Poppy.
Crazy girl! Is an ax a good toy for a 10 month old?
Crazy me! I put a whole sheet of tattoos on Brother's tummy all by myself!
Crazy cute! In cousin Bella's precious outfit from when she was a little girl.
 Crazy pjs!
Crazy early! We woke up before Daddy was ready to get out of bed one Saturday morning...so we all joined him!
Crazy late! Sister is just now getting to eat Cheerios. Poor deprived girl.
Crazy fast! Sister is grow-up too fast for us!

play time

The three of us playing together! Mommy and Daddy thought this was a beautiful sight!

festive friday with friends

Our dear friends gathered together on friday night for some much needed together time. We had a blast! The kids got to eat pizza at our own table!
After dinner we all put on our costumes to try and get a group picture. Here is the firefighter costume that Mommy and I have been working on this month. I loved the way it turned out.
Brother was the ambulance and Sister was our little dalmatian puppy.

Showing off the back of the truck.
And finally, a shot of all of us together!
