2 months old already?!

I can't believe Tess is already two months old. We had a rough month or so, but she is doing great now. I am a babywise believer, but it is hard to get a baby on a schedule when the rest of the family has such a busy schedule.
She is smiling and cooing more and more and I love it. Ellie, Reagan and Maddox have been so great with her. Tess may not get to have all her naps in her bed or much quiet time with me and Jordan, but she has twice as many people to love her.

My favorite 5year old

We just celebrated Reagan's 5th birthday... for the 3rd time. We were in the Outerbanks NC on her actual birthday (May 20th). We had a family party at my mom's house on sunday, and this evening we had her party with her friends.
We love Reagan! I don't know what I would do with out her. She is so sweet and smart and funny, but not everyone knows that about her because she lets Ellie be the entertainer most of the time. She is such a great big sister. Maddox loves to play with her and she is always the first one to ask if she can hold Tess. Today she held her for an hour while I was getting ready for her party.
She always wants to help me and hang out with me and I love it. She likes to tell everyone that "me and my mom have a crush on Christian Bale". She loves to play barbies and house and is so proud that she can skip (even up the stairs). She just galloped until reciently. She loves us to tell her how she looked like a chimp when she was a baby. She really is my favorite 5year old in the whole world. We love our Reagan Monkey!

IT's TiMe To PlaY!

IT's taken me a while to post this, but a fews weekeds ago, Jordan took on a very big project. We bought a swing set from Costco and He decided to assemble it himself. I convinced him to recruit the help of my dad and brothers. They worked ALL day saturday. From about 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Our kids love love love it! Thanks Jord for working so hard. About the project, Jordan said "it was a beast, but I licked it!" .

This is how Steve "helped". I guess he did keep the kids out of the way for a while.

Blessing Day

We blessed Tess yesterday. Everything went really well. Tess didn't even cry. Thats a big deal for Tess; she cries a lot, the little stink. Jordan gave a beautiful blessing (as always). I'm so glad I don't have to bess our kids, I would screw something up forsure. Tess wore the same blessing dress that Ellie and Reagan wore. My mom made it and I still love it. It's fancy and simple at the same time.
After church, our families came back to our house for lunch. We are so blessed to have such a supportive and loving family. Thanks everyone for everything.
