I can't believe these weeks we are having. Becca Becca just jumped into life with me. She went on runs with me, visits with me, hikes with me. We talked and laughed and discussed and she played with my kids. I seriously love her! It was fun to go on a hike with the Petersons. Sushi with Mary, Shannon, and Rebecca, win! And running with Annie, Ashley, Katelyn & Becca Becca. What is my life. How am I so lucky to have all these people in my life.
On Thursday morning, I dropped Becca Becca off at the airport, then Annie called and said, "Hey come up today!" Then I went home and got ready for the temple. Landon wore a white wet shirt to the temple. Then we went to the Temple and stopped by to look at some couches. Then I picked up Hailey and in 2.5 hours, I packed up our entire car for camping, and packed all the food for the weekend(while Hailey played with the boys, she's awesome with Luke). Then Hailey and I danced and sung for 2.5 hours up to priest Lake. It was seriously so much fun. I love her, she's pretty incredible. Then we had THE. BEST. WEEKEND. CAMPING. with the Dittos. They are amazing and fun and generous and easy and happy and intentional and just all the things that make you want to be better. I for sure won the night in skulking, naturally. I WAKEBOARDED. The last time I did that I was 20. It was the best. I almost cried on the tube with Annie, Maren and Hailey. I was just so happy. Seriously the best weekend with them. The Ditto kids are incredible people. I just can't wait to see who they become. Gosh I love that family!
I got home at 5:53 with the boys and Maren. Maren washed my little boys up and brigs had the most disgusting diaper. Maren is amazing. In 37 minutes, with the help of the Fagues and all the kids on the block, we had our block party set up. And I forgot to take a picture. But it was a super fun night!
Today was great. Church, prayers, visits, and naps. Now we are having cereal for breakfast, brought to you by Lando while I blogged!
Two more things: My dad finished a huge bike ride yesterday. He's the most gritty person I know. He inspires me. And so does my moms support for him.
Landon ran 2.5 hours on the treadmill starting at 11:00pm last night. I think of all the crazy things he's done to train, I was most impressed by that moment. I slept on the floor next to him while he ran and watched the Mask of Zorro.
