Landon's first time to eat cereal
It is funny to watch his face. He ate the whole bowl. Tonight we are trying again. Hopefully this will help to fill him up at night. He is now waking up every 3 hours for a little snack.
Landon's Second Haircut
It's hard to believe Landon is 6 months old and already on his second hair cut. Tanner and Landon can't get enough of each other these days. I will post some pictures of the boys next.
As you can tell Landon is a very happy baby.

Landon (5 months old) & Tanner (9yrs. old)

As you can tell I am growing and growing. I turned 5 months old last week. At four months I started rolling over and have to say...it is the coolest trick I have ever seen. My mom, dad and brother think I am really special for doing so...they clap and scream with excitement. My new best friend is Buddy our dog. He likes to lick my hand and face and I laugh and laugh. Then daddy and mommy put a stop it. I think my first words will be NO BUDDY!
I even try and sit up. As you can tell I started sitting up in my swing. I peek over the edge to see if anyone is looking. Trying to make my escape but these parents of mine...well they are always watching.
Oh by the way Did you know I can suck my toes. It is a lot fun. If my legs weren't so "large" then I could keep my feet in mouth a little longer.
I enjoy watching cartoons. I can sit for one whole show...and if you block the TV I will start to cry. These crazy people just move out of my way. Who knew a little crying and I can get what I want.
I have also started daycare. Ms. Patty is my new best friend. My dad says he will post some of the those pictures next...it may take him a while...i like attention...all the time.

Baton Rouge Trip
This was Landon's First time to fly. Brandy, Tanner and I sat watching Landon's face as we took off. All of us were nervous as to how he would react to flying. As we watched he slept and slept and slept. After a while I slept. When I came too Brandy and Landon were talking back and forth and I had not a clue as to what time it was. Little did I know...I had gotten to sleep for hour and half. Brandy was quick to let me know.
Blowpop was there to pick up. From the time we landed till the time we left I don't think Landon was ever put down. He was passed around like a hot potato. (our first day back to Dallas he slept the entire day) Tutu had her recital that weekend. With pride she introduced Landon to 1,000 plus seating in the audience as he made is debut. What an incredible moment in my life. To see your mom and dad beaming with JOY and your sisters eyes fill with tears and your brother's smile stretch across his face...
Landon was introduced for the first time to his name sake. Uncle James "The Great" and his GiGi came by for a visit. Landon's middle name comes from my mother's father James Davis, my Uncle James and brother Jeremy James. My grandfather died shortly after I was born. His legacy lives on in the beautiful family he left behind. If nothing else I wish for Landon to be as loving and as giving as the people who have influenced his name.
The last picture is Jeremy and my dad comparing "saki" size to the size of Landon...our little monkey WON!
Landon is Growing
It has been a while since we have posted and you can see why. Landon is changing so fast. Everyday I come home from work and he looks like he has grown some more. Friday, he will be 3 months old. It is hard to imagine that 3 months ago he blessed us with his presence. Currently Landon is starting to hold his head a for longer periods of time, recognizes our voices when we enter a room, talks all the time even at church during the "quietest of times", and is beginning to follow. He loves his bath time now. He even has started to kick his feet.
Two weeks ago he was diagnosed with tortacollise (sp?). We have begun physical therapy and have an exercise routine to follow at home. The doctors say he is a mild case and should begin to grow out of it as he gets older.
Tanner is really coming around to the idea of having a brother. When we are not looking he will take to Landon and even pick him up and bring him to the rocker. Buddy, our dog, he is having a hard time adjusting to boredom. If you talk to the baby he thinks you are calling him to get in your face and beg for attention. We all think Landon's first words will be "NO BUDDY!"
Brandy is in her second week back at work. YUCK! Brandy's Awesome Aunt Alice and Incredible mom Denise have teamed up to help take care of Landon over these last two weeks of school. THANKS! Now for those of you who know Alice Jean "Dong" Day (tanners joke) will appreciate this. While Alice was holding Landon he sucked his thumb for the first time. Yes, she is one pround Aunt. If anyone can voulnteer to help carry her big head around please call. (LOVE YOU AL.....)
Work has picked up for me and we Thank God each day! We are all counting the days still summer is here....oh wait...I still have to work. Darn...I know Landon, Tanner and Brandy will have a BLAST!!!!!
Love to All-Enjoy some pics of our Chunky Monkey!
