Gonna try again in 2026. To lose weight. The ultimate goal is 30 kg but of course I don't think it'll be done in a year. Cause I'm not that ambitious 😂 I did visit a diabetes and lipid specialist (thank goodness for insurance). So I am trying to: Eat at least 120g protein each day Walk for 30 minutes every other day (specialist said every day but I don't think I can manage it) Eat less processed food Okays. I did pretty well. I was around 95 kg when I first started. Today I weigh 91.9! The lowest I've ever been. Of course Christmas was the hardest so gonna start again. Hopefully this will continue until my holiday next month where it'll be harder to control my diet. Cheerios.
Wednesday (3rd July) Breakfast (9am) - Mushroom soup, one mantou bread, one yoghurt Lunch (1pm) - Pork bone soup @ MiHyang Dinner (7pm) - Smaller bowl of sphag & sausage Had cake for supper and a lolly after dinner. I will be coming back to this blog to keep a daily record of my food intake. This is to help me realise how much I eat and an effort to control what and when I eat. Will try to do exercise too. Does cleaning the house counts as exercise?
