The Beginning. Again.

 Gonna try again in 2026. To lose weight. The ultimate goal is 30 kg but of course I don't think it'll be done in a year. Cause I'm not that ambitious 😂 I did visit a diabetes and lipid specialist (thank goodness for insurance). So I am trying to: Eat at least 120g protein each day Walk for 30 minutes every other day (specialist said every day but I don't think I can manage it) Eat less processed food Okays. I did pretty well. I was around 95 kg when I first started. Today I weigh 91.9! The lowest I've ever been. Of course Christmas was the hardest so gonna start again. Hopefully this will continue until my holiday next month where it'll be harder to control my diet. Cheerios.

Back again

Wednesday (3rd July) Breakfast   (9am)  - Mushroom soup, one mantou bread, one yoghurt Lunch (1pm)  - Pork bone soup @ MiHyang Dinner (7pm)  - Smaller bowl of sphag & sausage Had cake for supper and a lolly after dinner. I will be coming back to this blog to keep a daily record of my food intake. This is to help me realise how much I eat and an effort to control what and when I eat. Will try to do exercise too. Does cleaning the house counts as exercise?

Sichuan Noodle Soup

Tuesday Went for Karaoke. At 12ish - Sichuan Noodle Soup from Ancestral + big big glass of Traditional Ice Milk Tea At 8 ish - Ate a few pieces of caramel popcorn as was making it Wednesday Early 12 ish - Sambal tumis and egg and lettuce and a bit of rice. 2 small bowls. At 7 ish - Leftover of above and one piece of toast plus caramel popcorn before I know. Its late. But I had a meeting that finished only at 7pm. I didn't eat breakfast though. Which was very bad. I think breakfast helps me to tahan better. Will try to eat breakfast tomorrow.

Toasts

Sunday - 3rd Jan Definitely before 7pm - Two pieces of toast, one with butter and half peanut butter, another one with butter cheese and salami. Die I'm hungry now. I was very good. I didn't eat any supper at the talk just now. *pat pat* =)

Egg

3rd Jan At 5 - a plate of rice + egg + curry potato/chicken At 8 ish - one cup of traditional ice milk tea and a couple of fries 4th Jan At 9 - leftover penne pasta only a small plate At 11 ish - Curry katsu on noodle + snow jelly drink

Koko Crunch

So all I had eaten on Saturday was When I woke up  - Friand (i think) from the box of desert that was left here on the 1st At 2 something  - I had the leftovers of steamboat. 2 small bowls. Finished it off with three scoops of yoghurt ice cream from Tip Top. I also had a few cups of fizzies At around 6 ish  - I had another desert from the box. A tart of some kind. Had two thirds of a mango as well. Today, Sunday I had When I woke up around 9ish - a small bowl of koko crunch. i actually wanted oats but the microvave didn't want to work with me. A bit before 2 - a piece of toast with butter. i need more food though. maybe i'll scramble eggs. but lazy. I'll just have another toast with peanut butter.
