Yet I have yet to start on my results and discussion. Still stuck at AES somemore. FML

Bread making part 1!

Okay, so for the whole of my yesterday ( saturday), I have been searching for recipes and reading up on "Tang zhong" starter for bread, which is said to give bread a softer texture. I just tried making the "Tang zhong" starter which is really simple to do! You does not need thermometer to know whether you reach 65degree or not!

How tang zhong works.....

It is to actually add flour and water together, and heat it up to 65 degree celsius. But as I've just said, one does not really need a thermometer to see if the temperature reaches 65 degree celsius. The solution will thicken and turn viscous. And yup, it is the gelatinisation of starch present in the flour, which is the swelling of the granules and amylose will leach out.

Imma currently waiting for my "Tang zhong" starter to cool!^^

End of week 11!

Omg how time flies. Its just one more week to the end of FYP. wooooo~ I cant wait. Right now, I just hafta suck thumb and get my report done and over with. And then I shall welcome my well deserve 2 weeks holidays with lodsa healthy activities. I wanna go night cycling, i wanna go swim, I wanna go run and I JUST WANNA GET OUT UNDER THE BIG BIG SUN:)

Oh ya, probably a night for BOOZE TOO^^ hehe. This chess game looks pretty nice. teehee

Its 1.34am right now, I should head to bed because I am very sicked of doing my literature research for my fyp report at the moment. It've been quite some time since I sat down and blogged infront of my laptop. My previous last blogposts were all done via my phone. Teehee.

Getting lazier each day, and I realised I've changed. Lets not say changing to be better or worse, just, everything feels different, I look at things differently now.

How i spent my 11/11/11

Yup, without any doubt, i spent my 11/11/11 with my fav.girls! Despite that we all had a super long and tiring day at work/school.

Guess the situation over at bangkok aint getting better fast enough as it was supposed to be. I really dont know my decision, it just seems like people around me are more worried and panick than me (come on! Give me a break!) shall see how it goes, okay?

Week 11

Couldnt believe that FYP is coming to an end! Next week shall be the last week and right now we are all trying to rush our reports and sum up our trials. Weather is good today but its not for me:( dragged my lazy feet outta the house, I M SO DREADING SCHOOL! Two more weeks, and less,

Just went for a swim alone because the sun today is way toooooo goood BUT its also a public holiday today so yeah, the pool, crowded with people and ah tiongs.

Week 10 already, how fast, i am left with less than 3 weeks to the end of my fyp, yay! But just felt tat i have achieved nth in my project yet:(
