Static

Radio stations had static. TV had snow. The lights when out often enough we had a hurricane candle- red with a net around it. Early WWW took a long time to load anything, images and videos were far beyond.

Lunch

Had friends over for lunch. Much chat and good food. Nice way to start the year. Cats sociable. Moby wanted the chair I was in, so I let him have it.
