Still getting very hot intermittently. Had to take my hooded sweat-jacket off quickly. A while later, getting cold flashes, I put it back on.

Then put a bowl of chips in the hood.
Maybe I could start a trend among 50something women.

Such good use of the hoodie. You could also carry a (small) cat in there. But chips are better!
Excellent hoodie experiment. My task for 2017 is to reread all of John le Carre. May start with the autobiography. Any good?

I'm liking it so far. Dylan finished it, and thought it a very good book.
I think there is a gap in the market for such a garment, love it! Having been through the hot/cold flash thing and come out the other side (I promise you will get there!), I would also suggest some sort of hot/cold socks would be useful. Get your thinking cap on girl!

Oh, this would simply be a Life Hack idea. I'm pretty much barefoot at home anyway. But a jacket with built in heater/cooler could be very useful.
