This week's prompt of color comes from My Bellavia.
Thomas' Artistic Prism He shares masterpieces, rainbows and smiles, painted with shades of truism. Love gathered hues and living color, there is no space for darkness here. His happy life goes on, ever missing shadows that cloud typical minds. 'Tis him, who shines in awe through a prism, coloring my world with his! |
We also offer these haiku that treat the subject of color. Have fun!

ReplyDeleteI'm happy to contribute to this theme.
ReplyDeleteSpring color emerged into the sudden warmth of this week. Before that, though, the promises of spring color were every bit as beautiful.

ReplyDeleteThis is the first time I'm participating in your prompt. Found your site through someone else's blog. I'm still fairly new in writing poems so, I'm glad to find other people with similar interest.
ReplyDeleteHello again. This was a nice prompt. All I had to do was look out my deck window and I had my poem.

ReplyDeleteAbout my favorite color
ReplyDeleteMyBellavia is one of my sisters. I've been encouraging her to do more writing for years. I finally convinced her to start blogging on our sister blog. Next I created a blog for her so she would have a forum to do her writing! One Single Impression has had such a positive influence on her. She's having more "me" time to express herself. She's been out of the loop for 20 years raising special needs kids and I so wanted her to find herself again. Thank you all!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I just noticed that I'm not listed on the BlogRoll yet.
What fun!!! Once again I've contributed on each of my blogs this morning with Colorful Comeback at Small Reflections and Colorful Images of the Mind at Sacred Ruminations.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing what everyone else did with this week's theme ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
I'm alittle late this week as I've not been too well and am just catching up. I hope to add an image later.
ReplyDeletefirst day back in town, making up for lost time, as always love haiku... colors abound in spring!!!.. haven't had an opportunity to visit lately but will try to see others as well...
ReplyDeleteLove the poetry prompts you provide!
ReplyDeleteHow about FREEDOM - - the week after Memorial Day?
