today was indeed a great day - a great day that was filled with a mixture of both elation and melancholy. we're ecstatic because we want to go to our desired JCs. we're desolated because we don't want to leave this school. sounds ironic right? but that's what we are feeling right now. i shall not talk about the graduation assembly and our dinner with miss wong. i guess all who were there would have known what i want to say.
do you know that i was looking forward to this day and i remembered saying, 'graduation assembly only what.' but come to think of it, i changed my thoughts towards today right when i went started my day in school. after all this, i know that the results don't matter, the rankings don't matter, the conduct you got doesn't matter, but the relationships you had with one another as of now is the most important. i don't know whether people would agree to what i have said but that's really what matters to me most. without all these relationships between friends and us or between teachers and us, would we have survived these four years? i highly doubt so.
just want to thank every teacher that has taught me before, be it i hate you or not. and yes, also want to thank all my friends especially those who were super close to me. if you all see this, remember : our story hasn't ended yet.
