seeing so many people post about annual camp, it makes me feel like blogging about it too. okay, i wanted to blog about it long ago, but i am simply lazy. yeah.it's a 2 days 2 nights camp for those who didn't know. yeah, everything was packed. aiya, those few days of camp really made me have mixed feelings. i was happy, sad, frustrated, stressed and pissed. yeah.
i don't really want to go activity by activity, cause it would too long for me to blog about it. anyway, i was the camp coordinator for the camp. so, i was like in charge of the whole camp. first day, campers came in at 7.30am and we had the flag raising. flag raising was screwed cause it stucked up there for damn long. then, after that campers had their bag check, in the end had to run 3 rounds for punishment. opening speech was next, and followed by bunk cleaning and ice-breaking games. we were preparing activities then and i got really pissed when no one wants to listen to me, they rather talk among themselves and joke around.
so, we had everything prepared and yeah, next up was intergroup competition. they said the game was damn sian. haha. anyway, we had lunch after that and first activity cycle was next. for me, i was supposed to oversee the whole camp but in the end i got to do the preparations instead. wasn't frustrated at first but when seeing people slacking over there when they are supposed to be preparing made me feel damn pissed.
carried on with second activity cycle, wash up, flag-lowering and dinner. nothing much happened. at night, we had treasure hunt, and ghost walk. cause our night confidence 1 was cancelled due to some reasons. haiz. anyway, during debrief, campers feedback that ghostwalk wasn't freaky at all, and the intergroup competition was damn lame. so, next we had our NCOs debrief till 2 plus. then siming sir wanted to talk to me, and i broke down on the spot. maybe cause i feel damn helpless and stressed then. so he talk to me for damn long and i went back to sleep. (ask me personally if you want to know what we talk about that night)
slept for 2 hours plus i guess. then i went down to take the flag raising. Morning PT was next, followed by Ironman Competition. yeah so in the end sebastian won. congratulations, you didn't disappoint me at all. :D oh ya, during morning PT, NCOs had a briefing by me and for some reason, i felt they were so different from the first day and they cooperated with me like mad. thanks guys. although i was really pissed the day before, but you all did help out a lot during the second day. yes, you guys are really marvellous. we are truely the 29th batch. :D
so, we had our breakfast followed by dry activity, gadget making and wet activity. nothing much for dry activity and gadget making but i think everyone will agree with me that wet activity is the best activity throughout the camp! right? haha. cause campers get to bomb the NCOs and officers and we, the NCOs get to bomb each other, the campers and the officers! :D fun right? hahaha. yeah, don't know why, the campers love bombing the camp coordinator, which is me. hahaha. everyone had fun right? :D so, campers went for their washup and followed by bunk cleaning, area cleaning and prize presentation. yeah, sebastian owned. not because the NCOs are biased or what, but because he earned it himself. he won the Ironman Title, Best Secondary 2 Camper, and got the Best Group Award. Anyway, Best Secondary 1 Camper was Gavin. yes. i know a lot of you don't agree to it, but we the NCOs had our reason for choosing him. we are not being biased or anything.
at night, we had BBQ for our dinner! first time in history of CHSNPCC that we had BBQ during a camp! :D hahaha. anyway, we had lots of fun then cause 26th, 27th and 28th batch sirs came back. woah, damn cool kay. and and, Area 4 CIs and Mr Azman came too. :D after that, we had a debrief for each squad and they were dismissed soon after that.
for the NCOs, we got to know about our new 29th Batch NCO Council Structure. shan't talk about it. and cadets, please stop asking about it too cause we will announce it when school reopens.
some of us went KFC after that and crapped a little, then went home after that. oh ya got to thank yong jie for treating us taxi that night :D
just some reflections after the camp. actually i was quite happy since the camp went quite smoothly throughout the 2 days. got to thank every squadmate for that. if not for you all, camp wouldn't have been successful. CHSNPCC 29th batch rocks right?!! :D also, during the talk with siming sir that night, i got to learn lots of stuffs. yeah, i just got to know another weakness i have.
oh ya, later my squad is gonna have countdown at leonard's house. cool hurr? :D my squad have always been so united! :D alright, that's all for the day.

Merry Christmas everyone! may all your wishes come true in year 2008!!! :D hahaha. i know it's a bit late now but yeah yesterday, i was out the whole day so didn't got a chance to blog. sorry anyway.talking about yesterday, ken, yong jie, louis, benjamin and i went to town!!! :D we went to lots of places to walk around and yeah at night, the whole place was jammed up by lots of people. we are all like squeezing to get out of the place. halfway while we were squeezing, a lot of people took out their spray can and sprayed the foam. woahhh, damn fun. we don't have the spray cans yet, so we were like vulnerable to all those attacks. hahaha. then we got sprayed by those random people a lot of times.
it seems rather fun with the spray can so we went to buy it. woah then hurr, we went to the conjested place again and played with our spray! :D sprayed quite a few unknown people. :D hahaha. then there's this guy wanted to challenge us or something. he sprayed us then all the 4 of us ganged him back with our spray can. (benjamin had already left that's why there's only 4 of us left) woahhh, damn fun kay. his whole head was full of foams. hahaha. :D
went to restock our weapons again. this time, each of us got 2 cans. woahhh damn cool. went back to the conjested place again and this time we anyhow sprayed those people again. yeah! :D and this time, there's this guy who turned around to spray those foam at us and said 'merry christmas!' guess what, we used all our 8 cans to spray at him! :D woah, he damn sad case. hahaha. his head and shirt all covered up in those foams. oh ya, then we said 'merry christmas!' back. cool hurr? :D
yeah, qing chang came and join us after that. it was like around 12am already and everyone started to countdown. yeah we shouted like mad too. :D then suddenly, everyone there started to push around and all of us were strucked there, getting pushed around. woah seriously, i don't know what to say but the indians there were all damn rough pushing the other people like mad. and of course, i got pissed. there's this incident whereby this indian who pushed his way through and suddenly, a china girl shouted 'who touched me??!!' in his face. woah, then this indian guy said 'not me, not me!' woahh, damn clever eh. what the heck. so here, i advise all girls not to go orchard during christmas eve cause you will get molested damn easily. yeah, don't go. you may not even know when you get molested.

woah, it's 2.50am now! :Di am doing the camp proposal that's why i stayed up till so late. okay i guess camp's really gonna be fun. :D and also, i have to thank my camp planning buddy, Clifton, for staying up with me till now. he's still on my phone now :)
okay okay, i shall stop slacking and go back to the camp proposal now. bye guys :D

cool! today i finally touched my homework. and i felt a sense of achievement today. :D i didn't do much actually, but i managed to finish one set of maths homework, with some questions blank. hahaha.i seriously forgot lots of stuffs or rather i didn't pay attention in class last time. yeah. i spent most of the time flipping through my maths notes rather than doing my homework. that's bad. but at least i managed to do some of the questions. :D
okay, tomorrow will be our last campcraft comp. training. reserve will be out by tomorrow too. from the previous training, i feel i am such a bloody noob in the team. alright, i will just buck up. i am not going to let the team down.
oh ya, camp's going to be on 27th and 28th. yeah guess it's gonna be fun. :D

i finally updated! :D okay, not i don't want to post but i really have no time kay. and also partly cause i am damn lazy. haha :)these past few weeks damn busy planning camp. i got damn stressed can? okay nevermind, it's over already! :D i finally have the time to take a breather. woah. it feels damn great. :D
and today we had campcraft comp. training. woah they damn zai luh. when i sit out, they managed to get the whole thing done by 8.45. best timing ever! :D and this just shows something, i am noob kay. with me there, they can only finish at 10.40. but without me, they 8.45. 2 minutes of difference. that's damn a lot kay. i think i should just be reserve and let them be the main team.
anyway, today's damn pissing. i don't want to say the reason here. i am just damn pissed. think before you all give any comments kay. people never provoke you, don't go provoke them. and also next time, please think of the feelings of other people before you say anything. sorry guys, i know it's a bit too harsh. sorry. i think i shall just forgive and forget.
afternoon got camp briefing followed by a talk by siming sir. woah he treated us pizza. cool hurr. :D yupp. that's all. bye guys. :D

today is such a wonderful and productive day!MY DEAREST PARTNER, VALENTINA, motivated me and i went to run with her today! :D (FYI: we ran together but not at the same place :P) haha. oh my gosh, you know what, this is the first time i ran out of my own accord when i can choose to slack at home! YAY! luckily, i went running! :D so ran from my house to some unknown place for like 37 minutes! (it was from 11.23am- 12.00pm) yeah. but i admit i stopped and walked many times during the 'run'. haha. i think around 10 times. opps. hahaha :)
when i came back, i was panting like mad! cause i promised valentina to reach home by 12noon so i rushed back and i was just in time! okay like 5 seconds before 12noon according to my handphone. YAY! :D hahaha.
when i came back, took a 10 minute break then i did 30 wide-arm push up and 100 sit-up. took damn long to do the 100 sit-up. cause i am damn tired already. rahh. when i was done, my whole body was damn sweaty. yeah, this proves how much i have worked out today! :D
after all these exercise, went to bathe and had my lunch. woah the food was great! maybe cause i was damn hungry. haha :) and yes! i feel that today's workout was damn productive and worthwhile! and last but not least, got to thanks......

hey guys! :D here to blog again! anyway, yesterday, ken, jason and i went to watch 'Enchanted' at Plaza Sing! COOL HUR! :D yeah actually wanted to watch 'Hero' but then there were no space for the three of us. so, no choice, go watch 'Enchanted'. haha. in the beginning before the show started, we thought it was going to be a lame show. okay maybe just me alone, cause when i saw the picture of the advertisement, i thought it doesn't look that nice and that makes me jump to conclusions.however, 'don't judge a book from its cover'! haha. when we watched the movie, it was really FUNNY! hahaha :D especially the songs! yeah. so i didn't regret watching it afterall! haha. i bet it's nicer than 'Hero'. and if i rate it, i will give 4 out of 5 stars :D
after that, talked lots of crap and took lots of time to persuade ken to go cut hair with me but in the end he still didn't. haha. okay never mind. i didn't cut my hair in the end too. gonna cut it tomorrow! and also i am gonna buy my books tomorrow! :D okay maybe i should say later in the afternoon :D
and and i got a new entertainment partner! haha :D

yeah man! my first draft for camp proposal is finally done!!! haha. it's 60 pages long! woah! i suddenly felt a sense of achievement :D you know how long we used to do it? 2 WEEKS! everyday except weekends, we would stay till 5 to 6 plus to discuss the activities. and the last 2 days of it, we got to chiong out the proposal so we stayed till like 9 for thursday and 7 plus for yesterday!anyway, i have to admit that we are really slacking a lot for the beginning of the discussion. we joked around, talked crap and slacked like mad. if we had been more serious a bit, we could have done the whole first draft by thursday luh. and oh ya, i was late in sending the proposal to nicholas sir, by a few minutes. cause i was supposed to send in by 30th november but i exceeded the time and sent it to him at 1st December, 12.03am. shit man. we were just too last minute. but anyway since it's done, i think it's already a great job done.
have to apologise to all my camp committee members, namely Clifton, Jason, Louis, Xing Yu and Ming Hao. sorry for being harsh these few days. i know you all have tried hard to put in effort, yet i kept finding mistakes in your work, saying you all didn't put in the effort. and sorry for scolding you guys so many times throughout all the camp discussions. and sometimes, just because of a small mistake, i flare up. really sorry guys. and those bad comments i gave, please don't take it to heart, i said it out of frustration. sorry! last but not least, got to say sorry to my great buddy, xing yu. he's the one i scolded lots of times. please don't take it to heart kay!
i don't want to lose my friendships because of this camp. i shall be more nice to you all during the next time round of discussions, i promise :D
that's all for the day. and i can finally have a good rest from now on :)
