Yesterday night Mummy read this story to me. She taught me the rhymming words inside!

My Heart Beat

Today Daddy and Mummy went to see Dr Yvonne at Thomson Hospital. Dr Yvonne looks so young and all her nurses are really pretty! *whistle (hee hee) She is so nice, so gentle and softspoken, very concerned about me oh!

They did a scan once again and this time, I have grown much bigger! From a mere 4mm to 1.1cm! Hee hee...Daddy and Mummy saw my little heart pounding on the screen and i am really nervous! Its really funny you know...

Oh...dun be scared if i tell you that i am....HEADLESS!!! Hee...for the time being...by next week i'll grow a head and little limbs. I will see Dr Yvonne after our Brisbane trip. Hope to see you all then too. Time for a little rest!

Harry Potter

Yesterday Daddy, Mummy, Gu Gu Gavin, Aunty Sabie, Aunty Isabel, Aunty Geri and Uncle Yu Hao went to watch Harry Potter! It was quite scary and Mummy said this week my ears are formed and i could hear! Err... i can hardly make out what they're saying. I am 6 weeks old now and still growing strong! Mummy wanna bring me to see Chicken Little! I love chicken little!

Tears

What are tears? I didn't know what's tears until mummy showed me. She has had a terrible week i guess. Tears come out when you're feeling sad...Mummy said when I come out, i'll have lots of them too. Does it mean i'll always be sad? No, mummy said babies cry because of the helplessness. Guess i wont know until i'm out!

Mummy had a bad day, i heard PoPo saying some bad things. Mummy really cried a lot these few days. I wanted so much to stand up for her but Mummy, please know that i'm fighting together with you, you're no longer alone, now with me in you!

Daddy, PoPo, please dun make mummy sad...

Snubby's Tail

Mummy read a bedtime story to me! My first story! It's an Enid Blyton book and although its quite long, I quite enjoy the story! It's about little Snubby, a guinea pig which went about looking for his tail! Hee hee..i love listening to stories!

Daddy talked to me too, he told me to be strong because Mummy is doing a lot to protect me. I know Daddy.. I will be strong. Daddy said God will be there to take care of me. I think God is someone great, cos Daddy said nomatter what, leave it to Him. Hi God...thank you for taking care of me!

I am sleepy now...Mummy has to sleep at 10pm daily... its half an hour late...Daddy and Mummy wanna plan for their Australia trip. I'm going with them!! Yippee!

Grandma...Po Po...great grandma

so many people love me so much! I have 2 grandmas... Daddy's mum i call her Grandma...Mummy's mum i call her Po Po (chinese for grandma) and grandma's mum is great grandma! I have 2 grandpas too... Grandpa for Daddy's dad, and Gong Gong for Mummy's dad! Wooo...

Grandma blesses Daddy & Mummy with a love card. They're really very generous people! When i grow up i wanna be a generous baby too! I love you!!! I wanna tell them personally when i'm finally ready to see the world!

Daddy & Mummy bought me my first little shirt!! Sesame Street! So lovely!

Shopping

Today Mummy went shopping, trying to get some new clothes cos i think very soon she will not fit into the old ones because i am going to grow bigger and bigger! (will i explode?!)

She shopped until she almost faint (literally)..oh no...mummy!!! But she went home to nap for 2 hours while waiting for daddy to come home. Daddy is at the Children's Church, i think they're going to send me there too! I heard it's gonna be fun getting to know other children!

We went o meet Uncle CJ and Aunty Paulyn. Mummy and Daddy loves going out with them. I wanted to say "Hello" to them but i think they cannot hear me. We had pizza and the adults chat till i fell asleep... what a day...

Feeding

Today I can start to feed from Mummy! There is something called Placenta which attaches me to mummy and today is the day where the plancenta is fully functional! Yesterday Mummy saw another gynae called Doc Vincent from Raffles Hospital...he's quite nice and he used something to try to see where i am. He said i am in the right position and growing steadily on time. In the next 2 weeks he should be able to hear my heart beat! Wow... (but you mean i dun have any heart beat now?!!!)

Watching "Anacondas"

Tonight Mummy is super energetic..maybe because of the tea she drank with Aunty Christine. She is watching some VCD called "Anacondas"...Yawn...

Embryo

According to the pregnancy calendar, today i will become an Embryo! What does that mean? It means I look something like this!

Cough Cough

Mummy keeps coughing and everytime she does that I will be tumbling all over! Mummy STOP!!!

Appointment with Dr Yvonne

I will be making my very first appearance to everyone this coming Monday! Mummy said Dr Yvonne is a very nice doctor and she will try to listen to my heartbeat. I wonder why is it so hard to hear my heart beat now. Daddy said I am still so tiny, like a grain of rice!

I am so excited! Mummy can't wait to know what's in my world! I can't wait to show them my beautiful world inside Mummy! Yay!

Big Sacrifice

I didn't know having me is such a big sacrifice! Mummy & Daddy were going through a book and there are so many things Mummy couldn't eat from now on because of me! I was really surprised because I am sure those things Mummy loved will be delicious to me! One example is Ya Kun breakfast set! Daddy said the half boil egg contains something which will harm me!!! Mummy was so sad...

I know Mummy will do everything to keep me safe and healthy. I will strive to be a great baby!

I am known!

Finally mummy knows I exist!!! Actually I have been in mummy's tummy for the past 3 weeks, maybe because i am such a good baby, she doesn't know!

Mummy went to see the doctor and a kind voice congratulate her! Hmm... i heard them saying that i am just a mass now but soon in another 2 days i will have nerves running all over me!! That's quite tough to understand...

Daddy was shocked too! everyone was! oh well, at least now i am known to most people! Yippee! Daddy bought a cream for mummy, said he could massage me! Sounds tickling!
