Recent trip to Sunway Lagoon, Kuala Lumpur, has made me learn how to live independently without the constant aid from my parents. I had to hang my clothes and dry them myself, settle my own meals and make my own bed. The trip was a totally unexpected one. I was wondering how tired I would be, running around the theme park and exploring the dare-devil rides. To the contrary, my friends and I spent most of our times in the hotel watching the television and dozing off. To many, this would seem like a somewhat wasted trip. In monetary terms, we did waste quite some money to rent a hotel just to sleep. The catching and games that we played in the hotel brightened up the dull and monotonous life inside.
Indeed, the cost of living in sunway lagoon is lower than Singapore not by just a tad. Feels weird to be posting about this trip only after 3days of departure. Only bought a jacket and a shirt there.
-A misunderstanding that send me laughing in my heart!
A friend of mine was trying to apply for the Topshop membership card, he filled in the application form hastily. After minutes, the attendant went to review the form and walked around hurriedly around the shop to enquire about the weird-looking address and IC number. They got back to us, feeling puzzled. Suddenly we remembered that the format of the form is according to Malaysia. The case was closed and he got his card!

Woo! I went for Slingers' basketball clinic today! It was an eye-opening session for me. Having heard that we, graduates, cannot take part in the training, I sat down and watched. There were only 3 trainers present today. Nearing the end of the clinic, Weijian gave a 2handed vicious dunk and the whole room was engulfed with "WOW!". I did wondered how long more he could suppress his urge to jam down the ring after spending an hour there. Next week they will be there again, I will be there to watchhhhhhhh!

Went back to school and pawned the security guards! They insisted that we were just going back to school for leisure and not for basketball training. After sitting down under the scorching sun for 10mins. Half the basketball team came to ask why were we not inside the sports hall. A few laments by Louis led the security guards be convinced and we went in! We quickly went into the school compound before they change their minds. Disappointed that there was a mistake by the coach that the Slingers were actually coming next week rather than today. Today was some good training too, ran and shot a lot. Playing back with my juniors were really something I have not experienced for years! Fret not, I will be back at the ISH next Monday!
Drenched in perspiration, Louis and I decided to walk into IKEA for some refreshing cold air. We noted the things-to-buy as we walked down the aisle. As our parents were not informed yet, we decided to get the things tomorrow after they have given the green light!
"I feel like giving my bedroom a makeover!' Louis exclaimed.(My sentiments too!)
I wonder how will tomorrow be... A drowsy rainy day or a brillant sunny day? Going to play pool and bowling tomorrow with friends! Time to sharpen my old rusty skills!
Had a little chat with one of the Slingers' teammate, nicknamed FlyBoy. Had found out several astonishing facts about him, including his huge vertical jump! Heard he is the first Singaporean dunker!(That's so cool, isn't it!)
Yawnnn! Only left with 6 hours of sleep before I wake up at 12pm to meet friends! Heavy eyelids are sinking in already... Bye world!

Woo! Going for Slinger's basketball training tomorrow! Wonder how many people will attend this session. I actually do not know any players or their names. Thus, I'm very foreign to their names,heights and looks! Time to satisfy my curiosity tomorrow!
May be going for a hair trim soon, the fringe gets so irritating when they keep curling at my spectacle frame. Maybe a rebond can do the job? Ah, come to think of the cons of rebonding shirks me off. The colour on my hair is gradually fading off!(Cheers!)
I certainly do not want to be mistaken as a hooligan or a little spolit brat who is trying to find trouble on the streets.
Sighs! Like some people say, the higher your aim, the worse the disappointment. The more I try to find out, the worse the pain of the truth. Would it be better to escape from reality and remain composed in that confined world alone? Well, but no pain no gain! Efforts coupled with concern do dig up some interesting facts I guess. Time to sleep, not!

Spring cleaning came a little late for me. Chinese new year was 4days ago and I had only started to clean up my room! Today was a little makeover for my room. From a messy room to a spick-and-span one was a challenge for me. With the loss of 4hours of my life, I did it. Decided to throw away the sofa in my room. It was really redundant as I haven't been really sitting on it since I got it several months ago.
GYM GYM GYM! This place had been in my mind 4months ago but just did not have the chance to go. Purely because my schedule was taken up by work or play, I cleanly forgotten to work out. Felt a lethargic after a few sets of weight and plyometrics exercises. I think I have lost the zest to train anymore, this is disastrous! Competition is only 1-2weeks away, got to buff up a bit.
Had an encounter with some very practical people in my workplace. When they don't know your identity, they treat you like shit; I really mean shit. And when they know that you are someone with some authority, they treat you like the emperor and boot lick you. What I cannot perceive is; why can't they treat everyone nicely regardless of their rankings. Everyone now and then they are asking if I need a drink or a snack during work time, I hardly feel the sincerity in it because that is a question that was solely directed to one person only.
