Hello
well what a week ,Tuesday was my birthday and my dear friend bought me a selection of Marianne design  creatablesI was so impressed with the value for money these dies offer .They are a little more fiddly to remove the card after cutting but with the use of a sharp poky tool I had no problems.
I wanted to make a wedding card for a colleague at school who is getting married next month so I thought this was a good opportunity to use my new dies  (circle frame set,Ribbon 1 and floral 2)
I have made an easel card for my base card and used a colour combination of lilac and mint blue I have used the new wedding couple from magnolia Tilda I have coloured the image in using promarkers finished off by some glitter
I am entering this card in challenge http://simonsaysstampschallenge.blogspot.com/ checks

For the challenge I have stamped an image from the romance collection ( bride and groom). I have coloured the images in using pro markers, backing papers are from the romance CD, the pink paper is sweet pea from the flower fairies CD.
I do hope you like this combination and look forward to your feed back.

this card i have made using pink gem Cutie Pie and sweet baby girl stamps. Isnt she adorable. papers all from my secret stash. i have used spellbinders scalloped nestabilities and large plain circle set.

To create the rosette i have cut two scalloped circles using the largest die in pretty paper. Then i folded the circle in half all the way around the circle. the creases should be on each side of the scolloped outer edge. Cut down one crease line into the centre. Fold creases in to mountain and valley folds this will create a fan like effect. Repeate this process once more and stick the two halfs together to create a full circle. i have then cut a smaller scallope in pink and topped this by my circle with stamped image.

love to hear your comments.
I have used the same image but changed the colours and the layout. How different one stamped image can look.

I have entered this card in to the monthly sketch challenge at Lara Crafts. I have used suger nellie raven stamp. papermania capsule collection papers in shades of pinks and browns. I have coloured the image using copic pens to complement the papers used. Embellishments to finish of the card all from lara craft.
