Anime has been very successful and has spreaded to many parts of the world.. More and more people enjoy watching animes and thus, its big hit..

But they don't produce all these because of profit purposes, but more of an enjoyment and to show the world how beautiful jap culture is.. From talented actors/actresses to famous voice artists and singers... All inherits unique character that displays charm, passion, enthusiasm...

I'm an anime addict as well, as i love to watch animes.. Their idea of story plots are wonderful and though anime characters, they perfectly display out good quality attributes..

I recently started watching jap dramas.. And you guys will think that why would a guy enjoy romance dramas... The sad parts, the driggy draggy scenes in the movie seems so boring...
And all the jealousy, love relationships, happy sad feelings...
Its something that i never watch since young, and for all the fighting action shows that i've been watching, this is something new..

"Love Generation" was a drama that really touched me.. Omg, leslie's the guy who wouldn't get by these dramas, How stupid...

But yes, and embarrassingly, i cried a few times watching this show... Even when i am sitting for the paper, i still thought of this drama.. Its dead struck in my head that i cannot forget this wonderful romance...
Argh, sounds stupid.. whatever...

Anyway, i seriously love her singing.. She is one of the main character in "Love Generation"
Really got to check out this vid....

He wasn't really lucky

Well i have ended this fraud transaction by telling him off... I asked for the bank statement and he used an email domain -----@accountant.com

And this is what i do... I googled accountant.com and came across a website warning ebay sellers to beware of frauds

And i was so pissed off... I wondered how many innocent ebay people had been cheated by this guy who claims himself as Mike Cole, but is probably a fake name..

And after this, i realised that he was a 100% fraud trying to cheat people into sending free goods over... Strange that his story was a bit convincing, maybe was because of the high price he offered, therefore it allows it to think of the possibilities that it may be true... However, glad i was careful enough to check out the bank's email address... transfer_responce@accountant.com

And thus,

you have gone beyond fraud... to even try to bluff me with your wife waiting for the laptops... I wondered how many people have you coned...
You sure you lost $8000USD...
You offered too high for my laptop in the first place...
My suspicions aren't wrong about you... What are you trying to achieve by cheating off people's trust like this....
It seems that anyone can look trustworthy online just by explaining a few pathetic situations just to get people into believing....
I'm not stupid dear....

I was nearly a victim

Recently, i had been very distracted from exams studying.. First thing, my desktop spoil and i had to take it for repair.... Gosh.. what a waste of time..

Next thing is that someone is offering me 3000USD for my powerbook G4.. It seems to good to be true.. Well, initially it went ok and he told me the address to ship it to..
Apparently, the buyer asked me to ship the laptop to Nigeria while he is in UK..
He said that it was for his wife who is in nursing course and needs to finish up her project. And therefore he purchase this laptop for her.

But after that, when it comes to the bank statement..



The logo was a flash file.... Dude



The letter seem to be type written...




I was nearly a victim of this counterfeit deal.. I packed my laptop, back up all my important files ready to be shipped when i receive this funny bank statement.. And their service support email address is registered with a gmail account... Logically, which bank would use a public service email as their email address..

Wasted, just thought i can earn myself some big cash...

Linux Meeting

The weather was perfect in the morning while i struggled to get out of bed. It was slightly raining and the weather was extremely humid and the cold wind blew into my room. I felt so cosy lying on my bed that i refuse to wake up. But unfortunately, i had a test at 830am.

I rush to do everything and arrived at the mrt station. The mrt moved like tortoise when it reached yishun, and thus i was late.
I was on my way to school but was surprise to see no one late. No one was rushing for the exam. I got kinda panic, how the hack are they able to wake up for the tests. Not even one person was late, and that got me pretty worried. Luckily i saw daniel and his friend nearing the sports complex. Phew.. There was someone late after all..

After the test was my basic theory for driving. I studied for it but in the end, i failed the test for the second time. I'm only allow to make 5 mistakes out of 50. And that rule itself was enough to pressurize me.
They look like they want me to apply for student. Everytime i booked for another test, i would have to wait for two and a half month and thats a long time..

After that, i met Nerdy ESLIM for some nerdy activity.. We went to the SMU for a linux talk.. It was pretty fun. Its been the first time i set around with professionals talking about something. This discussion was meaningful. It is really a place of free speech where everyone voice out their opinions..
But since i'm first time there, i was quiet..

Best Movie ever

Whauu.. I wanted to relieve stress after this really complicating OOAD exams and then took a quick way home. And i wanted to see something exciting.. A movie that is fulfilling to the heart and good for a cheer up.. And i found this nice movie in my sweet little 320GB hard disk..



This is really one of the best movie i ever enjoyed.. Their ideas were superb and you never thought it would occur that a school like this might ever sprout out of the blue.. And people out there starts developing their own curriculumn..

The school is so full of life, and people thought they were rejected were actually fought for..
And they were fought for a place of life in the society. A place where they can cultivate their creativity.. I soo love that idea..

One time you fail, next time you go

The life of an singaporean is always to work. From the day you are born, to the day you grow old, you constantly faced competition.

Foreign talents are in singapore, which makes it even more competitive. The fear that strikes you when you are in a company is that the first mistake you make will cause you to lose your job. When you fail for the first time, the company is able to immediately fire you and hire new staff. Therefore the competition comes..

After a long period of time working, you just want to take a break to travel and have fun. But after the long vacation, you come back to singapore and you realised that your job has been easily replaced by someone else.

I feel that in my shop, the mentality within really needs major fixes. Essential things there are left untouched with higher authority doing nothing about it. Its really lucky for them to have someone that care to take initiative to get things done for them. To actually spoon feed them like a baby prince while they sit there and do something irrelevant.

It really pisses me off that i choose to work instead of busily studying for my exams. But i am still glad to be able to obtain lots of experience from working. It may be bad enough for me, but the tough training prepares me for the even worst.

Another day At epic

I wasn't in a good mood in the morning, as i felt tons of heavyweight negative thoughts pounding on my head..

I picked out my powerbook G4 from my back along with its charger and placed it on the table. As soon as i turned away with my bagpack, Nick called out for me to ask me to keep my powerbook into my locker.. I was like wtf, i just took it out and then you said that.. He never even say a single word when his friend, Kelvin took out his powerbook.. And now he is asking me to keep mine..

I felt that he was working with the good relationship attitude which chinese people called "Guan xi" . Guan Xi is extremely important to the chinese people in china when they negotiate and do business.. Many of them depend on Guan xi to close a deal..

But in this case i felt that Nick was biased..!

Anyway today was Jessica's last day of work.. We were thinking of where to eat..
JunYuan last minute didn't come to work really gives out a think fog of bad impression to Nick, and even to us..

It's not about his attitude towards people, but rather towards doing work.. It's the no sense of seriousness that makes people dislike his playful attitude.. Come on JY, please be serious at times... Else Nick will really sack you soon man... Real soon...

What a good time we had at night having dinner / supper at a hokkien mee restaurant..
The fun, the laughters, everything showed the enjoyment we had together at epicentre..
Its like people with good attitudes come together to celebrate and have fun after a tired day or work.. Wish i had my camera to have every snapshot of the happy moments to serve as our momento...

Let's have this kinda gathering next time too.. Don't let the fun fade away....:)

It sucks to be working with Kelvin.. His always bragging about pervertic stuff.. Please talk about some other stuff man.. GET A LIFE!!!

I was working as usual today when i saw Diana coming to my shop with her mum.. I was real surprised.. Haven seen her for years since we were in Secondary school.. We were in cross country .. And now i saw her again and this time, she was planning to get a mac.. omg.. She look so different..



Watched this very touching show after work with that idiotic jianwen.. The first part of the show when jay walked into the piano room, "Look at his blur fcuk face.."
Flynn said that and we both couldn't stop laughing.. I just learnt that you can never watch a sad show with him or else you won't the sadness in the show..

What a day

Due to my bad habit, i was late for my work again today.. Nick's face seem to want to question me about my lateness, but to my surprise he shutted his mouth.. haha

Wow, i love my sales today. It is to compensate for my lack of sales during the past few days..
I sold 2 macbooks and felt sensational. I never sold them for the last 2 months..



Apple just announced its release of new products a few days ago and i was impressed at their new software. The iLife 08 as well as the iWorks08.. They were incredible softwares.
Apple integrated some cool features into it and made it into a great product..
For example the mouseover effect of the new iphoto, dragging your mouse from left to rigth or right to left, you are able to browse the entire photo album within it.. It makes browsing of photos so convenient.. The new Imovie allows people to create short but quality clips by making its cutting movie function much more user friendly...

Anyone has a mac please go and try out these softwares.. really cool things to try..

As the busy days past, the boring days rise

As the busy days past, the boring days rise

i stopped to think for a second.. Why am i so free all of the sudden. Have i something that has not been done yet?

But just when i was about to adapt to the boring days, my busy days start surfacing and i have to adapt to another. It is a process throughout my school life, or maybe my entire life.

The enjoyable times, the stressful deadlines, stuck at dead ends.. Life is a never ending process, and you see yourself in the middle of the desert, thinking of the past, present and future..

The question "Why should time pass so slow" will turn into "Why did time pass so fast".. You see one person today, or you might even be very close to a person, but when the next day arrives, you might never see that person again.. What is friendship suppose to mean? How are relationships suppose to be permenently planted into the ground with good nutrients as fertilisers..

Hobbies are something that doesn't last in me..

I see them come and go, crave a deep symbol within a stone in my heart and gets wiped of in the blink of an eye.. The destruction of time and the lack of commitment.. The itch to switch from one thing to another is one repeating process.

Walking a no life path of coding

Can you imagine a life without entertainment just by sitting down in front of a computer screen doing coding.. Staring at the thousand lines of coding gets your head into a wild spin and left you moodless to do anything.. Deadline is nearing the corner.. I don't understand the codes..
I cannot do anything...
I feel so helpless..
You still have to meet the deadline, and its the stress that pressures you down..
Interesting but yet over challenging..

I remembered what Flynn told me after our luxurious dinner at a Jap restaurant..
"Its either you have life but don't have money, or you have money but no life"

And it seems true in Singapore.. People study so hard to get their desired results..
Life is so competitive and so full of stress..

Why do people get so competitive..?
Why do they get pressured by deadlines..?

Holidays are arriving and you won't even know what to do during the holidays.. Everyday passed as busy as ever... And when suddenly you are put to a break, you realise that there is nothing much for you to do..

Travelling around the world is not what many people can do..
By leaving singapore, i feel that i can have opportunity to see what's really outside of this welfare country abide by strict rules.. but that doesn't mean i hate singapore
I do love this country a lot and am glad to be born here but i'd really love to see what's outside...

And to be able to afford travelling, I have to start saving.. We have to start saving...
And to be discplined enough to save, you have to plan.. Life is all about planning.. Planning for the future, planning for a project... Without planning, it is harder to meet your goal....
You plan every step to take on your chessboard and you will unlikely to make silly mistakes..
