Today our whole family ran the 8K fun run that Dennis has done every year with his dental school team. This year it was my turn to push the stroller. I'm really glad I got to run. Emma has never been so quiet for an hour straight. She really enjoyed watching people (thousands of people) run with us. We will miss doing this particular event here in Milwaukee, but we'll find some similar way to torture ourselves wherever we are next year. Normally I wouldn't say torture, but Dennis and I had both been pretty sick for over a week and we were just barely recovering before this run which really took it out of us all day. Plus it was really cold today.
Dennis came home from school one day and was doing some back exercises (the one called a superman) when William and Emma just couldn't let him alone. They view any opportunity with dad down on the floor as an opportunity to play around and have fun.
It seems they have learned a thing or two from watching dad do his exercises. They will do them anywhere it seems. Superwoman Emma and Superman Will.
What we like the best are the sound effects.
