nothing to do now.. so thought i'll give a short entry..

one last week of hols before school starts all over again.. timetable's kinda sucky.. 5-days week with friday finishing at 730pm.. sad that i'll be late for cg.. but oh wells.. what can i do..

went for the zone's first-ever musical Fallen last night.. was good.. enjoyed myself.. i believe the musical spoke to many of us.. maybe not something as drastic as being chained to drugs.. but yea.. hmm..

spending most of my time watching the english drama 24 nowadays.. super unhealthy lifestyle.. staring at the screen so many hours a day..

ex-students' parent called me a couple nights back.. complaining bout the music school.. he's pulling his sons out if he can push them to me.. how i can say no rite.. his sons are awesome students.. but dad can be a lil overbearing sometimes..

eldest son learning violin.. he took private theory lessons with me and i sent him for his g5 exam in march this year.. second son i used to teach piano till g5 when i left the school.. talented and hardworking boy.. but he just failed his g7 under the new tcher.. i cant comment or judge cos it's been quite some time since i last saw/heard him.. third son i taught piano till g2.. he's doing g4 now.. he's still doing g5 theory private with me now..

quite a mouthful huh.. they're awesome students.. even though their dad can be a lil angsty.. glad to take them in.. but then again.. it only means i have to plan my time even better.. hmm.. God help me with it yea..

well.. that's about it.. love the slacking lifestyle im leading now.. but it's all gonna come to an end quite soon.. movie tonight with the family.. The Expendables.. hope it's good =)

it's my birthday! and it's on sunday! i had a great time =)

had much to say.. but as usual.. whenever i log on, i become too lazy to type much.. so i'll just briefly describe my day yea..

started the day by meeting Cheryl at Ya Kun to talk.. went for 3rd svc with CG.. the msg was so for me.. even cheryl smsed me later and said so.. hmm.. met fam for dinner.. tried the steamboat buffet at SICEC.. bumped into yingling.. saw the super adorable YOG mascots.. walked around to aid digestion (lol).. walked to marina for coffee + cake.. walked to esplanade waterfront to see the YOG torch.. watched the performances on stage.. and there was fireworks! PTL! as if the nation is celebrating my birthday with me! haha..

all in all, it was a simple but sweet birthday spent with the family.. the CG celebrated my birthday on friday.. and gave me an awesome poster.. real thoughtful gift.. i <3.

here i am sitting in my room in my TA school waiting for my 1st class of the day..

the worse of it is over.. last 2 weeks was hellish as you can read from my previous entries.. snapping at everyone and anyone.. and i basically 'quarantined' myself from the rest of the world.. didnt go for CG.. missed a couple of sunday svcs.. even missed one of the programmes team meeting for nus o&i..

now that i recall.. im feeling kinda quilty.. but im glad that the Lord has never left my side throughout this season.. His favour still surrounds me like a shield.. and His grace is so more than enough for me.. how awesome is our God.. just keeping conscious of Him in my everything.. does wonders.. He kept me sane throughout this period..
