Super fun, and busy weekend!

We had a great weekend enjoying all this beautiful weather. Here are some pictures of our weekend.

We went to see the horses, swung, played in the sandbox, and in the play kitchen. The kids had so much fun.
Connor pets a horse for the first time, when they would sniff him he would laugh!

We have to keep our kids in the know on our economy and financial security, or at least Grandma thinks so. Too cute!

We had a blast out at our friends Lindsey and Kenny's ranch on Saturday. The boys went fishing and riding around the ranch while the girls and kids played at the playground, swam, and played! We had so much fun, thanks for having us Lindsey!

My mom made Connor this outfit that matches Kaylie's and monogramed it with her new machine! I am super excited about all the cute ideas she has. We just went their today and had to monogram Kaylie's shirt she was wearing just for the heck of it! Too fun.

So, here is my evidence that Kaylie will not smile for the camera and will only cry. She totally cracks me up because I even tried to bribe her with candy to smile and she tried to smile through her crying if you can tell in some of her pictures. She is a mess but so darn cute! Our handsome man did pretty good till sister starting screaming and then he started wondering what the fuss was about and decided he had better join in just in case it was something serious!! Ha!

7 and 22 months

Time is really flying by with these two! I can't imagine my baby girl being 2 in just 2 months. Wild! Connor is getting so big and doing so many more things. He is starting to sit up pretty well and gets better and better at it every day. He loves to jump in his jumperoo and play cars with big sister.

Kaylie eating fillet minon with mommy, yes, FILLET MINON! She has gotten in the habit of eating her dinner and getting in my lap to test out what I am having. I refuse to eat Nathaniel's deer so he got me my favorite steak and then I had to defend my meal against Kaylie! She loved it too! Who can resist a bacon wrapped fillet???

Thanks to Lindsey I have the ONLY pictures of my 2 kids close and smiling! Like I have said before Kaylie is in her crying when the camera comes out stage but she was willing to smile and give brother kisses AND let us take pictures! I am over the moon with my only pictures of them together and smiling. Can you tell??? Disclaimer: to those who got a Christmas card and thought well they were smiling in that one, I had to merge 2 different photos to one to get that. Tricky!

Kaylie was feeding Connor and it was too funny! Connor kept laughing and laughing and then Kaylie would shove the spoon too far and gag him and right back to laughing he would go!

Kaylie wore my high heels and pranced around the house forever in them. She walked in them WAY better than I do! Sorry for no clothes but it was bathtime.

A few pictures

We got the kids a swing set and it has been a huge hit! Kaylie asks to "wing" ALL the time! I am glad the weather is supposed to stay nice this week!
