Beginning Again

I'm sitting in the quiet of my house listening to my poor little girl cough and cough.  While I'm waiting for her cough medicine to kick in, I thought I'd read posts from my blog. 
Wow.  I've come so far.  I read about my goal to run a 5K.  I've run two full marathons and several half marathons.   I can't believe it somedays.  I'm in a funk right now.  Working out is not a priority and food planning is non-existent.
That's all about to change.   It has to.  I'm not liking who I am right now.  I'm up 25 pounds and feeling like crap. 
It's time to start writing again.   Time to set some goals.  Time to start moving.   I can do this.  I can.  I will.
