Apple Celup Coklat ~~~ Part One

Cara buat apple celup cokelat *_*

sediakan apple hijau atau merah

ikut citarasa sendiri.

cuci bersih-bersih...buang segala sticker yang terdapat di kulit apple

keringkan.

buat air rebusan gula

caranya masuk gula dalam periuk and isi air,

jika nak, letak sikit pewarna merah, kasi cantik

dah gula likat terus celup apple sebijik-sebijik

buat berhati-hati sebab air gula panas giler

cairkan cokelat!

saya cairkan choc chip yang banyak dalam peti ais

dip kan jer

macam foto kat atas satu persatu.

oh ya pastikan apple sejuk before dipkan dalam cokelat

apple yang telah disalut cokolat bolehlah disimpan di dalam peti ais

ataupun biar dia kering jap...cepat jer tak lama pon

saya siap makan sebijik...shedap!!!!

bagaimana saya menghias apple cekelat ni.......

boring tengok kaler cekelat..kita nak warna warni gitew.

Pavlova just for test *kasi orang makan*

cannot say anything laaaa

one of my office mate craving for  Pavlova

since she's my regular customer

so...I am willingly to make a simple dimple Pavlo for her *to taste*

and here as u can see pic above

simple right?

but.....actually the Pavlo tu...kat atas tu

a little bit burnt up!!!! my mistake.

darn! boleh pulak tertido during the oven still on...

but still.....masih boleh makan....no worries *__^

so NONA..just ignore yang rasa hangit-hangit tu eh..
