Not easy looking for a pair of white leather shoes which would be suitable for day wear other than being formal for wedding day.
I initially wanted to get a pair at everbest - which I've always favoured their leather shoes to be one of the most comfortable but there weren't much white selections.
And after much thought and walk, we decided on a pair of pedro.
For the price tag we paid for, well, I better make sure that I wear it more than once!
Was purchased with the intention for my suit solely, but the more I look at it, woooo - nice!
Here's some pics - My white shoes

And this arrived too, Audix OM5, got it off ebay at a steal
it's sort of a risk that I bought it without first trying and based solely on online reviews
but thank God, it sounded sweet!

With the mic clip and pouch

And here it is, audix OM5

And here, my first try at making a compensated saddle from a piece of camel bone blank
the below piece is the original uncut piece and the above has been sawn/filed/sandpapered extensively by yours truly

Fitted this first trail piece onto the church's old takamine, woots, more defined tone!
And I was pleasantly surprised that the density is quite similar to fossilised mammoth ivory (which cost like 5 times as much!)

And yes, it's been some time, mimi's grown up
Biting, sleeping in strange positions and stretching

He sure knows the comfortable spots

prowling position as I prepare to play catch with him
All eyes on the string ball! And yep, his mitten paws are still pearly white!

Holidays been pretty cool so far
Settled quite a fair bit for my new flat
And yes,
Ivy's gowns and my suit are ......
oh well, you will see ;-)
