To everyone who may be researching this company before you buy their products, be warned that this company is really unorganized.
I placed my order on January 29 2011. Today is July 31 2011, more than 6 months later. I have not received my products. I have also told them on many occassions that I want a refund since they are not able to fulfill the order. It's ridiculous that they hold on to my money for 6 months so I finally threaten to take legal action if they continue to do so. And guess what, I just received an email saying that my order has been shipped even though I have told them many times over the past 3 months that I want to cancel my order.
I'm fucking pissed off at this company for trying to force their products down my throat so they don't have to issue a refund.
It has caused me much distress and inconvenience so please do yourselves a favor and buy from other companies. I'm sure their product is great, it's just that their company is inefficient and conducts their business unethically.
