The rich rural scenery of North Fife, Scotland, provides variety from the historic city of St Andrews and the quaint harbours of the East Neuk of Fife. A Royal Palace in Falkland, a Folk Museum in Ceres, a National Trust Mansion House near Cupar, Balmerino Abbey, Lindores Abbey, Newburgh, Dunbog, Glenduckie, Creich, Birkhill, Ballinbreich, Abdie, Upper Flisk and more in beautiful North East Fife. Also the occasional wander.

The River Tay February 6th 2013
The River Tay at Newburgh February 6th, some sunlight today yielding different qualities of light. Next is a view to the East, bright sunshine over the Carse of Gowrie, Dundee and the Sidlaw Hills.
A few hours later the sky takes on a different hue, the following are in sequence over a period of half an hour.
Getting cold, it was time for tea.

Tayside Views 6th & 7th November 2012
Tayside Views 6th & 7th November 2012.
Tayview Newburgh afternoon of the 6th November.
Newburgh Sky an hour later.
Tayside Sky, later still.
Yesterday 7th November evening, looking East the sky was subtle in colour, not so dynamic as the westerly views but lovely quality never the less.

North Fife Sky August 2012
Yesterday, looking South, a different sky, high cirrus clouds with an underlay of nimbus rain cloud.
Sunset clouds looking north over the river Tay in North Fife.
On the ground it's all wet, dull and uninspiring, what a summer.
