Happy weekend friends! I have a new LO to share with you all today! This is one of those that I started a few days ago and let it sit while I thought about it. I'm glad I didn't rush it, because I am happy with the results. I used the
Jump and Jive kit, and I actually
MISTED, without a prompt! :)
Here is a close up of my main cluster of "stuff". I used my stamp from the kit to anchor it. The I layered a frame from the Echo Park sheet. Added a
BG LABEL,
LETTERS, rub on, stickers, butterflies and brads from the kit.
A peek at my corner. I made a photo corner out of the same blue paper I backed my photos with and drew a white border around it. I used on of the cute Elle's Studio pennants to frame my
LETTERS and cut a few of the doilies from the kit in half and anchored the title a bit. Finished it off with a chip sticker and some
BAKERS TWINE.
I did 4 layers on this border strip. The first was a sticker from the kit, then I used a thin strip of paper, which I punched with an ek punch. Next, the red pinking sticker and finally a bit of
BAKERS TWINE.
I had so much fun playing with this kit...I have to say it is pretty great for all the "boy photos" I have. I hope those of you that have purchased it are enjoying it!
Did'nt get yours yet?
CLICK HERE to order! For some reason I thought this was going to be a very successful kit, but it seems that every kit club decided to do the same papers this month, so I have a bunch left. Come and get em'! PLEASE! ;-)
I have started ordering for the May kit...here is a little "sneak" :)
