Its only September

Dylan had his first dose of steroids this season today. He woke up with Croup yesterday morning. Overnight last night he got worse. He was not wheezing but had stridor which kind of sounds like wheezing. Hopefully he is on his way to a quick recovery.
Noah seems to be coming down with it now. His nose started running late this afternoon. It never fails! If one gets something they both do.

I went to the botanical gardens at U of M in Ann Arbor with my friend Kristi and her twin boys Brady and Tyler yesterday. We both wanted some pictures of our boys for their birthday invitations. I am really starting to enjoy photography more. Thanks to Kristi for teaching me how to use my camera! I have always loved pictures but the more I learn about photography the more I love it. I cant wait to make the invitations now! It was so hard to get good shots. We were bribing them with candy to sit. We looked and sounded like crazy ladies! Here are a few pictures I took. Kristi got better pictures but I got a few cute ones too.

new words

Everyday is seems like the boys say something new or words they have been saying sound more clear. This was a funny conversation I had with Noah. We were up at Adam and my Dad's (Pa) work. I knew Adam was not there but I thought my dad was. Here's how the conversation went....
Me: "We're here! Do you want to see Pa? Say "Pa!"
Noah: "Say Pa!"
They are at the stage now where sometimes they repeat things they hear.
When we went inside both boys were saying "where's Pa?" Sadly it turns out he was not there.

Oh! They both grew and gained weight again! We noticed yesterday they look a lot taller. It seems like it happened overnight! Their feet even grew. At least its almost the end of summer because some of their clothes dont fit and their sandals are almost too small.
