Noah and Dylan have grown alot in the past 2 weeks. Both went up a pants size. I wonder if that can cause crankiness? They also have tempers and throw tantrums. (I thought this started a little closer to age 2 but I was wrong.) They can walk very well now. Noah never stops "talking." He points and asks "what's that?" or "It's...it's...it's...a..." and waits for you to tell him what he is pointing at. He can say ball, baby, baba, dada, dad, mama, and calls my mom gaaama. He trys to say balloon but it comes out "baaa." Plus lots of chattering. Sometimes we think he says Dylan but probably it just sounds like it. Dylan does not talk as much as Noah but spends more time observing. He shows us something and says "see it..." and "hi" He can say mama, dada, shhh. The thing he says the most is "doe" and he's not talking about a female deer. I don't think it's money he is talking about either.

Happy Thanksgiving

Hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving. No turkey for us here. They don't have turkeys on Bequia, at least not that we have seen. It does not "feel" like Thanksgiving to me this year.
Amy I hope you have a wonderful birthday! Not very often your birthday falls on Thanksgiving. Good luck making dinner for all your guests. I'm sure you will do a great job. Keep Jimmy out of the kitchen! That could be dangerous!
Nancy I hope you have all your recipes down! Did you see the pictures of the clinic? The pictures make it look better than it does in real life! I didn't want to go near that place but did not have a choice. I had to get the boys a nebulizer machine that worked. The doctor was very nice and got us one in less than 3 hours.
Mom are you going to let Wy have a piece of Turkey?

Happy Halloween!

We had a good Halloween this year. The boys each had 2 costumes. Noah was a skunk and a monkey. Dylan was a skunk and a tiger. It was fun to dress them up and they didn't mind wearing the costumes. We did not go trick or treating this year. They can't eat the candy anyways. We stayed at home and handed out candy...we had 1 trick or treater here!

It will be fun to let them decide what they would like to be next year! These pictures were taken at the LAPOM (Livingston area parents of multiples) Halloween party.

Little stinkers

When I saw these skunk costumes I couldn't pass them up! I tell them all the time they are little stinkers and now I have pictures to prove it!! LOL! They look so funny walking around dressed as a skunk! We took them to the "Legend of Sleepy Howell" on saturday. It's good they had these costumes because it was SO COLD!!

Noah and Dylan are identical! 15 out of 15 markers in the DNA test were the same. Adam and I were shocked by the results. I still don't think they look identical...
Their party was lots of fun and it was great to see everyone. Thanks to all the family and friends that came to the party. Thanks so much for all the great gifts. The boys have really enjoyed all the toys. We just need to get a big house now so they can use them all!
Yesterday they both got check ups and 2 shots each. They were in the 70th percentile for height and 30th percentile for weight. (they don't look under weight)
After the party the boys took a few steps on their own. They are getting better at walking everyday now. Noah also learned how to pull him self up. I can't believe all the new things they can do all of a sudden. They have really changed a lot in just 2 weeks.
I'll have new pictures up soon. I misplaced the cord that goes from the camera to the computer.

I know the results and I'm not telling!! ha ha!! You have to wait until their birthday party! (I know I'm such a tease!!)

EEK!

This is Dylan. He can stand up on his own fine. I think he could walk he just seems afraid to try. Noah thinks he can walk and tries but ends up landing on his face. I wonder who will walk first? Both of them have taken a couple steps on their own.

16 days until Noah and Dylan are 1!!

I think Noah grew a lot the past couple days!! Today I noticed he looks bigger than Dylan. You can really see it in the pictures of them standing in the crib.
